I've been getting my prescriptions from the 6865 W Tropicana store for many years. I've had some issues the last year trying to fill my prescription. It's been very frustrating and worrisome every month not knowing if I'm going to have my medication for the month. Dr Cuong has done all he can to help me get my meds every month. He is always very pleasant and a friendly face that keeps me coming back. Thank you Dr Cuong!

I would like to compliment my Walgreens store and it's employees for being so kind, friendly, and helpful. The customer service is by far the best! I had a photo issue that I was having difficulties with, and Sue was so patient and refused to give up until she figured it out...we had to call Mary to assist us and between the both of them they figured out a way to honor my coupon and get me the item I wanted because my offer was due to expire today. I appreciate their support and kindness to me and they had so much patience. I think they are assets to Walgreens and their excellent customer service was very appreciated. In fact, this location has an awesome pharmacy staff as well, starting with Melissa, who is the greatest!! Jackie, Mary Lou, and Peter too...some of the nicest, caring people. I have been a customer for over 15 years!!! They all deserve to be commended!!

Shout out to this Walgreens. I had a super amazing experience today at 4 pm. I will be traveling by plane and the destination requires a covid test within 72 hours. That had me stressed out. What if something goes wrong? The test results get lost, etc. I made my appointment, went to the drive through, the drive through person helped me through my test, and I drove off -- it took only 5 minutes even with waiting in line. The test was free -- wow. The results were supposed to come to me via email within 24 hours. I received the results about ONE hour later. WOW. I got my covid shots here too. The pharmacy is doing a great job. THANK YOU

This Walgreens is always a pleasure to shop at . Been shopping here for the past 9 years . The cashiers know pretty much my whole family from shopping here so many years . They always ask how my sister's and mom are doing .

The most profesional pharmacists in Las Vegas, Peter,Phil& Mellisa are very
polite,considerate & very helpful ,ALWAYS. They even call me personally when they have my scripts ready or if they know that I have been waiting for it & maybe they did not have it in stock when I dropped my order / prescriptions in the store

The Technicians for the most are pretty good, Jackie is exceptionally professional,always helpful & assists with a big smile, no matter how busy she is. *****

Great experience at the pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn't realize that I ran out my life-saving meds. My pharmacy was closed and have had bad experiences picking up at other Walgreens location, and takes hours for meds to be ready let alone hold for 15 20 mins and explaining the whole situation.
After 5 min hold, person took my order in 3 mins and my meds ready in less than 30mins! Excellent 👌

The staff at this particular Walgreens store are friendly, helpful overall amazing. The night manager Heather has helped me over the past few years with a particularly nasty alcohol problem I have suffered. I asked her to stop me, rather ban me from purchasing hard liquor and she had my back....since this Walgreens is in walking distance from my home, she not only has saved my liver but my safety. I would recommend anyone in need of Walgreen products to choose this particular store, simply because of their wonderful employees.....I hope regional management reads these posts because truly all the employees there should get raises.

I must admit this was one of the most satisfying trips to pharmacy.
I received a vaccine and shopped for over the counter products also.

I'm writing this because I went to the healthcare clinic at this location and I had probably the best experience ever. I was seen by Marguerite and she is just a doll ! I went in at a time that wasn't the most convenient so I was expecting to have bad service, but I was wrong ! She was so nice and friendly, and also upfront with the cost of everything which I really appreciated. No money or time wasted here. Great experience. Left so happy !

5 stars for pharmacy. I’ve been on this medication for 8 years from NY to NC n now Vegas and this locations’ pharmacy is excellent. The wait time can be lengthy but I’ve observed and haven’t really seen it be the fault of staff just a busy location and lottts of inquiries about medications usually from older folks.

Nadia is so nice, kind, and helpful. From she started to work I really happy to come over there because I saw her how she make customers happy, she is so positive and makes everyone happy too. Thank you, Nadia, I really appreciated.

This Walgreens is so boss, they bust people out like nobody’s business and do it with a smile. If that ain’t a marvel in today’s corporate world then I don’t know what is. Pharmacist peter slays shots bruh. My arm isn’t even sore.

The pharmacist is very helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. She was able to resolve my problem and had the prescription filled in 90 minutes.

They need to update their Pharmacy hours on google. it says open until 5:00pm actually it's open 24 hrs.

They are very helpful if you need assistance with finding affordable methods for your prescription needs. They are very busy a lot of the time. Yet they maintain their professionalism.

Pharmacy is open 24 hours and has both drive thru lanes open. Never a long wait at the drive thru. Staff is nice

I am from Arizona and left my insulin at home stupid on my part but the pharmacist Gi was the most helpful person in Las Vegas because of this pharmacy I was able to stay out of the ER thanks a lot walgreens
