I have been going to this location for 3 years now and I’ve never been disappointed! I’m always greeted when I enter the store and the pharmacy is the best CVS around. Rebecca is amazing! She always remembers my name and I’ve never had a long wait time. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been nothing but polite and professional. Plus, they always have what I’m looking for in stock. And the majority of the vitamins are regularly buy 1 get 1 free which is awesome because they can be very expensive. I moved and tried a closer CVS and it is horrible. It’s dirty, disheveled and the customer service was rough. I asked a question and I was basically brushed off. The staff all seemed stressed out. Anyways N Tryon is the best! Thanks for all you do!!

The pharmacy at this location is awesome. The teams knows me and is always helpful with information and providing cost-saving options. They are a real partner in my health with my MD and I appreciate the courteous, compassionate service they provide. Sometimes, there’s a wait but I trust they’re being extra careful with their work because mistakes can be life threatening. I appreciate the CVS team at this location. Thank you!

I went to CVS early Sunday morning and purchased contact solution. I get home later that night and notice the solution is expired at this point I already threw away my receipt and all 😐. Went Monday after work to do an exchange and the other box of solution was expired also so I had to get a different brand apparently from Sunday to Monday the contact solution I bought went on clearance and I was going to have to pay out of pocket for a whole new bottle of solution which I didn’t really wanna spend another $10 especially since the one I bought the day before was expired. The manager at first said it was nothing he could do because I had no receipt which I understand but I was disappointed I guess him seeing my face he decided to give me a discount I still came out out pocket but less then $3. I appreciate him doing that because he didn’t have too. Now I know hold on to my receipt and check the expiration date prior to leaving lol.

I have to say I was upset a few times when dealing with the pharmacy at first. There was a woman that had a number of people upset because of how rude she treated everyone and I almost had my meds changed even tho this CVS was within walking distance to my home. However, over the past few months she has no longer been there and the new people in the pharmacy were more than helpful. The newest woman went out of her way to help me and made me feel completely different about the store. Also there was an employee there D'shawn (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) but he has always been very nice and smiles like he enjoys being there. Thank you CVS for really changing things in there and making me feel good about this being the closest CVS to my home.

Never got a prescription filled here, but - my experience with the rest of the store was good. Place is clean, service good, no major objections
