We went in around 1:30pm Saturday February 24th to switch 3 lines from boost/straight talk to Cricket. Brandon helped us and was absolutely phenomenal. We left with 3 very nice phones plus accessories to go with them. He even went as far to give us a better price for everything we got. I'd 100% recommend atleast going in to see what they can help you with. Based off other reviews Brandon seems to know exactly what he's doing and actually cares about happy customers. Thanks again for all the help yesterday.

Cricket has great service but BRANDON @ evening shift deserves a $ raise, praise, and for Cricket to recognize the value of an employee like that. My fiance and I were purchasing phones the other day and not only were we terribly ignorant technologically, (sadly we're just no longer tech savvy and to be frank we were I'm sure annoying and admittedly had to be a pain 😂), but Even with millions of questions he was above and beyond helpful and truly dedicated to his job. As a business owner we understand the rarity and amazing value of dedicated employees and Cricket you are blessed to have him! While dealing with us he also managed to assist multiple other incoming customers, each of their own difficulty and demands and did so professionally and much better than you typically see in any store nowadays. So here's to Brandon and cricket you guys have an asset in that one that's hard to find for real, so you should be proud!

When I arrived Brandon immediately introduced himself and started the process of helping me switch my service from metro to cricket. He was so helpful and he explained exactly what he was doing. He tried to help me to keep my old number and phone but we couldn't and that was fine. I walked out with a new phone and new number. I was very happy with the service and I would recommend if anyone needs a new phone go see Brandon at cricket. He was amazing.

Great customer service! Everyone is super nice and super helpful. One girl sat and helped me for an hour on trying to transfer my phone. Aliyah was great the whole time!

I started going there more than a year ago to get my first smartphone. I have always been very happy with Nate and the boys with helping me and answering my questions. I had to get a new smartphone two months ago, and although Nate was not there, the boy who was there was just as helpful. I will probably be going to Cricket for a long time.
UPDATE:. February 14, 2022- I went back today because I was having problems with the phone not charging. I asked if there were phones with better batteries. He said yes, and showed me one. I was eligible for an upgrade today. Since I received this phone under the protection plan in December, he told me to call them and tell them about the problems and see if they will replace it again.
UPDATE:. June 4, 2022-I went back today with problems and questions about my phone. Again, Nate provided the same reliable helpful service. I am always pleased with Cricket. I don't know what I would do without them. I will continue to go back.

Nate was awesome! He was so helpful in my time of need. I wasn’t sure what to do about my broken phone and he helped guide me in the right direction. Definitely would recommend Cricket Wireless :)

Nate is amazing and very patient with "Karen's" like me... He deserves a raise and needs lots of acknowledgement for him just being an awesome person!!!!!

I have been using this as my service provider for little over two years, and any time I have needed help, or have needed to make payments they are more then sufficent. Really great service, and always relaxed perfect if you dont want any contracts!
