The UPS Store

I want to give Greg at the UPS store in Bedford Indiana a trillion stars for his kindness, helpfulness and compassion. I have ALLOT of things happening in my life right now and such severe anxiety that i cry pretty much everywhere i go. I was anxious and confused when i arrived at the UPS store today and Greg took charge, asked permission to get all the information from my cell phone himself, and i gladly gave it to him. He got everything done within a few minutes and was SO KIND it made me want to hug him tightly. So this review is for Greg at the Bedford UPS store. He is undoubtedly the most kind person I've come across in a very long time. Thank you Greg and I'll never forget how you saved me today!!!! I highly recommend The UPS Store in Bedford, Indiana. The staff is friendly, and they are very knowledgeable and efficient. I use The UPS Store quite frequently, and never have I ever had any kind of negative experience. I always look forward to going in there, because it’s such a friendly place.

Came in on a Saturday, only one person working but BOY was she AMAZING!!!!! Think her name was Olivia and with everything I had to copy and organize and put in envelopes....she was patient, kind, and still helped other customers. Made my experience easy and wonderful. Will be back!!!

This is a very busy location, but usually only one worker there most of the time. He is always super helpful and kind even when there is a line out the door. I was there one day, and his coworker decided to go on break when there were three or four people standing in line to be helped. Appreciate his hard work and care he takes with everyone that comes through the door.

The service has been well to good during the remodel. We have been in twice now to ship items off.

Polite staff, professional looking business and clean. Helpful employees even to customers who need more attention than others.

They are always quick but friendly. I think your staff are miserable though and probably due for raises. They do such a great job when we go there but all of them look like they hate their jobs...

The person working is always smiling , happy and helpful. Thats contagious and we need more of that in this world

I called with a question about one of the packages I shipped through the store. The lady I dealt with was 100 percent professional and stayed on top of the issue as promised. Also when I was in the store, there was a pretty good line and she moved it along as efficiently as possible so it actually didn't take long at all.

Nick is the absolute best. I switched up a couple of return labels, and he was kind enough to pull my package for me so I can fix it. So appreciated!

I recently mailed a package of a few fragile items that held great sentimental value to me from this ups store. Janet was the friendly lady that helped me and did an outstanding job of protecting/packing the items. They arrived on the day she had promised - and, more importantly, in perfect condition. Thank you.

Kristi was a great help with a special package being delivered to their store for me. Then worked with me to get the large item in a special box and redelivered to me in Naples FL. This was all done over the phone (Not in person) Thank you for your help and extra effort Kristi.
