I met the store manager Nick. I was a few minutes early before the store opened. He kindly asked me to leave until they officially opened at 8am. He wasn't mean about. He then came to get me promptly at 8am and escorted me to the part that I was looking for. He upped his hospitality by giving me a courtesy discount for my patience and even installed the part for me to make sure it worked. I highly recommend this location.

Aaron helped me find a wash n wax for my 10yr old RV, ended up with Mequires Ultimate and used in the foam cannon to keep RV looking great.

GREAT experience! Aaron & Andrew were only two working and were very efficient and quick. Lots of customers when I arrived that were assisted and got in and out. I got a new battery and they installed it for free. They were both very friendly and professional. Even gave my 2 year old a treat to keep her occupied/happy while my battery was installed. 5 stars and I will return.

So I called Autozone with my issue. Josh # manager was very helpful with the information I needed. I told him that I get of from work @ 6pm . He told me he wouldn't be there but Aaron would and he would be able to help. Let me be clear here . This was the greatest display of customer service I've ever experienced. Aaron went above and beyond to help. A stellar human being. Thank you both!!!

Super friendly and SUPER helpful!!! I didn’t feel intimidated when needing help with a battery for my vehicle. This is the nicest Autozone I’ve been in!

Needed self-tapping screws and normal screws to mount my license plates. They had them. Some of the other auto parts stores I visited did not have self-tapping screws because front plates aren't a thing in Indiana.

Staff was incredibly helpful. I was in and out in like 3 minutes.

I was out of state for a work related trip and found myself stranded with car troubles on a weekend when auto service repair centers were closed. The hotel I was staying at highly recommended Auto Zone to help me. I was fortunate to be assisted by employee, Nick who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help me. I can not say enough good things about his service and kindness. I have no doubt he cares about his customers and is willing to help out in any way he can. I am thankful to have been assisted by him on that day. Thank you Auto Zone! Thank you Nick!

I had a wonderful experience with the 2 store reps. They helped me with my decision in picking the exact tool that I needed. The only concern I had was the police who stood outside monitoring my every move & only left immediately after I was done with my purchase. Though he was doing his job, I felt so uncomfortable and I am an Avon resident.

Hats off to the young man who helped a lady with a walker this past Sunday. He met her at the door and opened it for her, was very friendly and helpful. Due to her disability, he said she could go sit in her car while he put the batteries in the key fobs for her, and then he brought them out to the car. Little acts of kindness go a long way in how a store is viewed.

Had my wiper blades stolen right off the car in driveway went to Costco got a set of Michelins that would take a rocket scientist to install (way to go Ford and Michelin 😫)
Nick sold and installed a new set of Bosch blades in less than 10 minutes start to finish .

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I needed a specialty tool for my truck and there were several options available. The associate came out to the truck multiple times to ensure I was getting the right tool for the job.

I was very impressed. Much better service at the Avon location as opposed to the Danville location. Going forward, I will be driving the extra three miles to Avon. The customer service displayed was definitely worth the trip.

Long story short, we came to this store after battling car issues in freezing temps for a week. They were short on staff on a Saturday afternoon, but gave every client in the building 110% of their effort. Very knowledgeable and willing to help in every way they can. They made a very stressful day, easier.

Had a great experience tonight! I needed a new air filter for my car and I don’t know much about cars. But an employee named Ron helped me find what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely go back next time I have an automotive need!

I applaud the district manager that helped he get my refund. I love Auto Zone always have what I need and are easy to work.

Have had to make a few stops in here lately, staff is always polite, helpful, and friendly. As long as someone didn't buy the last this or that, you can always find what you need. The store is clean and organized.

Megan was absolutely amazing. I went in needed a tube for my windshield wiper fluid sprayer because a part of mine broke. I had it apart, and she helped size it & put it back together.
