SEPHORA at Kohl's

The Sephora is miles better than the make-up that Kohl's had before. It's worth going to Kohl's now even if you don't need clothes.

The staff are so friendly!

Wouldn’t accept my return for their Sephora 12H colorful crayon contour eye liner pencil because it was purchased out of state in Denver. Even though it was within the 60 day return policy. It made my eyes burn after a few hours of wear.

I came to this Sephora about 2 weeks ago after leaving the Ulta right next to it. I was looking for a hair product. I spent some time browsing and there were two ladies working that day. I could not find the product but I kept trying to find it on my own because the no one ever asked if I was doing okay or needed help. As I looked around I made eye contact with the employees and just stood there and smiled like I was waiting for their help but they would just walk by as they tried product on. I’m only 25 so not trying to be a Karen. I also did used to work at MAC and I loved playing around with makeup but I would always make sure customers were okay first. I eventually found the hair product and went up to the register and waited for a couple of minutes but no one ever came. I just put the product back and left.
