AT&T Store

Great team! Oliver and Cristian were extremely helpful and exceed all expectations. They are very knowledgeable and answered ALL questions about current plans and new plans. Although this store had limited stock, they went out of their way to find the phones we wanted at other locations. We went home with the phones we wanted the same night.
I didn’t get the name of the lady that was there too, but she was very friendly :)

I was visiting Vegas and went to this store to inquire about upgrading my mom’s iphone. Store manager was outstanding from the time I walked in the door to the completion of this transaction. Manager listened to what my interests were and helped me save money on the service and products I wanted.

Although I signed up for At&t under false pretense by a 3rd party vendor at at Sams Club, Stephanie at the At&t store was really cool and very helpful . She set my phn up, why over plans and was working hard to get me discounts. I appreciated that!

Gia and Jeff went over and above to assist me. I had 4 days calling the att and t over the phone. I never received my package for 2 upgrade phones. They gave me the hardest time to cancel the 2 phones upgrade that I never received through the mail. While I waited over the phone to resolve the issue at the store. Gia and Jeff contacted someone on their side and they immediately resolved my problem. And I was able to get my upgrades at the store. They worked quickly and professionally. Absolutely the best experience at any AT&T store. I’ve been a customer for +8 years, I just went in to upgraded my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 11 Pro. Super quick set up. Staff was very friendly. Gave me a good deal on accessories too. Will be doing more business here in the future. Thanks Thomas. 💯

Best ATT store in town by far. They helped me get my account switched from Verizon, saved me a bunch of money, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can't say anything but good things about staff and management, everyone took their time with us and made a customer for life.

Isabel is one of most intelligent and outgoing representatives I have ever experienced throughout my time with AT&T. She took care of me in a timely manner and she explained all my billing questions for me without a problem. Isabel you rock girl. Thank you ! By the way I’m loving this iPad.
