I just want to start this review off by saying Davina is THE BEST salesperson I've ever had. my Fiance and I came in to just upgrade her phone and weigh the options. we were then greeted by Davina who then walked us through the process of upgrading and was very receptive to everything we wanted to do. I was still on the fence about upgrading, but when I was told I could upgrade with little to no money down, how could I refuse? also I ended up saving a lot of money with my month to month bill! We were then told we could have smart watches for next to nothing! it was just crazy good deals left and right! Throughout the whole process it seemed to me that it wasn't all about the deal to her, but rather her wanting us to walk away as happy and satisfied as possible. I highly recommend Davina to anyone who is still unsure about upgrading.

Went in yesterday to upgrade two phones and add two lines. Immediately I was greeted by Davina, let me just start by saying her energy and customer service is above and beyond. She walked me through the process and it was smooth transition the whole time. We were able to relate and have small talk about similarities of our lives which was a great way to pass time since transferring data can take awhile. It was coming near time for them to close and I was still waiting for the transfer to finish. She didn’t make me feel unwelcome or rushed at all she waited with me until the transfer was done almost 10 mins after closing. She is a gem. Thank you again Davina!

Excellent service and compassion. Had to add a modem to my account for a family member passing away and Jay, Frankie and Ian were the absolute best! They helped out in and emergency and emotional time. They were kind, caring, supportive and efficient.

Thank you Carlos for helping me with my business account. I tried calling customer service and spent 90 minutes on the phone, with no resolution. You got on the phone, and got it done for me in a reasonable amount of time.

When in to get a new phone for my wife's dead phone ,both Jaden and frankie were incredibly awesome. We were in and out quickly, and they really knew their stuff . This is the second time we went there for new phones .we will go nowhere else . They always have great people working here .

Zack was great. He spent a lot of time explaining all of our options and was patient while we made our decisions. He was very informative and definitely knows his job! We had a very good experience.

Good store, have never had any issues getting things resolved here. They got robbed recently so their displays are gone. That said somehow I always get Mario when I go in here. He’s a good dude and always makes sure that we’re taken care of. Still not a fan of the TMobile network in general as it doesn’t really work well outside of Las Vegas and barely gets good service in Las Vegas. Granted, for some reason NOBODY gets great service in Las Vegas.

We went in today to get a new phone for my daughter. Davina was amazing and even went above and beyond to help us get our plans cheaper and add my daughters prepaid phone to my current plan without having me pay more and saving me money. She is great super recommend.

We were treated so well by Frankie. Not only was he pressure free, he is also a tech guy. He was able to answer any questions we had, solve all our tech support answers, and fixed any issues we had after the sale. He is better than calling tech support.

I am a tech guy, and he knew more than me. I went in there to "do battle", expecting a high pressure sales rep. Instead, we had a great experience with Frankie. We were very impressed.

Store is too small and ppl everywhere and noone cleaning tables after customers are done sitting taking care of their business. Too many Germs in the air.

Daniel Rivera was great found 3 phones and a 5G service we could afford. He was knowledgeable and very kind and patient. Our service so far...awesome. We got tired of paying Kricket for 5G service and phones and only getting 4G slow service.

Daniel went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with our pre-existing phone. When our devices are ready to upgrade on our plan, we will definitely go through him for recommendations because we feel that his t-mobile knowledge will be appropriately applied to our specified needs.

My wife and I went in there Friday and I cannot express how relieved we were to be able to have a straight forward, no surprise experience! Daniel was a great help, went the extra mile and made the switch as smooth and easy as we could have ever imagined. We saved over $100.00 /mo by making the switch and our coverage is better. This location was patient and courteous to what we were needing and I highly recommend you giving them a chance to treat you the same.

The phone plans were cheaper and better than any place else I have been. I have had three previous phone plans and this is the best.

I just got everything ported over and I've got great data and excellent phone coverage.

I highly highly recommend this store and TMobile in general. Everybody I have dealt with in T-Mobile has been extremely helpful and extremely intelligent. Come to this phone company you won't be sorry.

Went in at opening to the Craig location. Sam immediately greeted us at rhe door and helped us with transferring service, both phone and internet. Was very patient with our questions, interacted with our toddler and went above and beyond. Stellar service. Thanks so much Sam!

Every time I need something for my phone, the people working there are always able to help. They are simply said, Awesome!!

I have been around the block with cellphone companies. Honestly, I'm a bit cheap and I am always on the lookout for whats best for my wallet... As such I have suffered some pretty bad service at those places. I never expected t-mobile to be by far the greatest cell service provider EVER! Not only are they one of the lowest cost providers I've found, but they have fantastic coverage, fantastic customer service, fantastic devices and an amazing business ethic (they keep everything transparent with NO hidden fees or suprise charges). They have the most shocking and rewarding promotions I have ever seen (and never even dreamed possible). I have deeply fallen in love with t-mobile. As far as I'm concerned my family and I will be their customers for life.

10/10 would come back again. The staff and manager are great at putting the needs of the customer first. When I came in, they were a little backed up, but Mitch (manager) made sure to address each customer timely and professionally and made sure everyone was helped as quickly as possible. I look forward to coming back soon
