U.S. Patriot

The USAF required a uniform change on April 1st and we had put off purchasing the new items a bit too close to the deadline, so we decided to make an online purchase with expedited shipping ($35). This was about three weeks before the deadline. We ordered everything from socks, a belt, and high-quality boots to the actual uniform (multiple sets) and all the correct velcro patches online from US Patriot Tactical. All items arrived, very carefully packaged, in the expedited time window. The quality was excellent and everything was regulation standard. We were thrilled. We did decide to return one blouse and pants set because they are a bit big and since we are on diets the next size down may soon fit. The online return process was simple and fast. We took the returns to UPS with the printed label and a week later we had been refunded. We would highly recommend this company, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

The shop itself was a great experience and staff answered all my questions. The people complaining don’t seem to realize Google reviews are based around the actual store location (in this case Ft.Leavenworth’s location), not the company as a whole (let alone their online store). Please read carefully before leaving an unfair review for an experience they had nothing to do with.

The shop is for military personnel who have a valid ID only. It's located within Fort Leavenworth military base.

Ordered the Condor OCP watch cap (as a guest) on 18 Jun 21 (in stock item). Never received a confirmation number or email but the money was deducted from my account. Now its a month later, 2 emails to the company, multiple calls but never get an answer. I guess I'll take the L and move on. Don't buy online from this company!

Been waiting since September 8th for an order that the website says is in stock, but checking on the status, they emailed me it was out and would be replenished by the 20th. October 2nd and now they won't return emails or messages for an update.
I dont believe these reviews of great customer service and quick delivery of products. Will never shop here again and do not recommend to anyone.
