The employees in here are always really nice when you have a question. The store is clean and organized.

I believe the associate I spoke with today was Krista. She was very humerous, friendly, and a great conversationalist.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always have a great selection of things.

The sales associate was very helpful, they didn't have a game in stock but got it ordered to ship to us, and was very knowledgeable about the games and systems.

Went in to sell my xbox and the lady helping us I missed her name was very friendly even after having a terrible customer come in screaming and blaming her for everything. She was very friendly and professional!

The staff is friendly, and patient! I am a natural disaster on legs (tripping on nothing, dropping everything, knocking into the displays, etc). Here, all was going normal for me, and the two men working never even gave hint they were annoyed. They answered all my questions politely, and never made me feel rushed. They very tall guy (sorry I suck at names) was very knowledgeable about technical...stuff. My husband was talking to him and he was very impressed. Not that that means anything to anyone. He's just not easily impressed.

Great customer service. Representative was helpful in looking for games, offered to order ones that they didn't have in stock, and was patient with my son.

I Got the Warranty, My PS5 broke. They replaced it the SAME DAY!!!

GameStop as a company is very hit or miss. You either love it or you hate it. This particular location is the bee's knees, however. Every employee is super friendly and I haven't had a bad experience here.

I purchased an Xbox 360 S, online from GameStop. As, was somewhat expected (and right out of the box) it was faulty and would heat up to an alarming temperature in a matter of minutes. So, I took it to the GameStop store in Franklin, hoping to get a resolution. An employee named Brady, was sympathetic to my plight and gave me a new system! I was quite impressed with his willingness to work with me and to achieve customer satisfaction. Kudos, to Brady,!

They remember me well enough to know when to advertise a new game I'll actually buy as opposed to trying to cram everything on me. They are good at giving deals and regularly have things in stock when other stores do not.

Best g-stop, the dudes that work there bend over backwards for us. They spent a whole lot of time trying to help me figure out how to buy a special edition of a game, that they no longer had available. They've been that great for years

Knowledgeable great staff. Very helpful! A little let down they aren't carrying PS4 controllers anymore but otherwise as always another great experience!

Guys there are super friendly and helpful. They'll gladly chit chat and recommend products. I know GameStop has a pretty mediocre reputation, but I'd definitely go here in Franklin

The employees are very helpful and polite. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door!! We bought over $400 worth of things for my grandson and they were very helpful!!

Always good to find great deals on video games. With the membership as low as $15 a year. Totally worth it. Acquired many membership points for deals on my next purchase. Well worth it.

I'm usually not a fan of Game Stops due to the company's pushy sales protocols, however I really have nothing bad to say about this one. Coming in, I was greeted by an employee named Brady, and asked if I needed any help. I came to trade in some games and make a couple purchases, and Brady was kind enough to inform me of a promotion that gamestop was running which would get me more for my trade-ins. I ended up walking out with a new game, a stand for my PSVR and controllers, and I renewed my power perks membership and only spent about $24. I'll be back. Give Brady a raise!

I just love this place. Anytime there's ever a problem it gets fixed quickly and it's always a great experience to shop there. The staff is friendly and talkative. The only gamestop I've ever been to and the staff been rude is Franklin, IN and everytime I go there they're downers. But it's okay because I can just go to any of the other stores and have a great experience!

The whole place is small, and has a great selection. They are helpful, and use their great knowledge well. They treat all people equally. Love that store.

The employees were incredibly kind, they helped me choose between playstation and xbox (flipped a coin for meh, landed heads for xbox), told me all the deals, and that's pretty much it for them.
