McDonald's

I dont normally rate review McDonald's because they are pretty much the same everywhere, which is one of the reasons we keep going there, we know what we're getting unless problem employees wreck the place. This one is the opposite. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The food was hot, fresh, and promptly served. The breakfast sandwiches were some on the best i have had from a McDonald's. They had NOT been sutting forever in a warmer. Also, the counter lady in the purple shirt was excellent. While I was there, I overheard her interactions with customers, and she repeatedly suggested app useage and meal combinations to help the customers' experiences as well as save money. McDonalds, you need more of her. You need to give her a raise. You need to give her a promotion. I used to be a close manager at a McDonalds, and I would have loved to have someone like that.

Wow. Best McDonalds I’ve had in YEARS. Thank you so much. Fries were fresh, Quarter Pounders were *actually* cooked to order… it was all great. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Keegan for picking up Micky-Dees take out for lunch on a busy day! I had already eaten nearly half the fries before I thought to review… They were nice and hot! I appreciate that you can ask to have the fries dropped fresh and they will come out perfect every time.

On a long journey. We basically stopped cuz always nice, clean, restrooms.
Great coffee & coffee iced drinks also!!!

My grandson was a little sick and the only thing I could get him to eat were the fries. I go to this McDonald's often and the manager remembers me and a drink I enjoy.

Very friendly, great service. The food looked a lot better, and tasted better than previous owners!

The drive thru was quick and the lady (I did not get her name! 😔) was so sweet that took care of me! I was on E and needed gas and was able to do a one stop shop on my lunch break! Quick and easy and back with plenty of extra time!

I'll stop here everyday to get a cup of coffee from McDonald's both McDonald's staff and love staff are very friendly at 4:00 in the morning LOL

The employees that interacted with my 5 and 4 year old grandchildren were very friendly and nice.

Never enough starter sauce on the fish like its suppose to be. One small spot doesnt cover the sandwich. Other mc donalds does it correct. This one doesnt.

You deserve a break today...went through drive thru to pick up some lunch around 11:30am...I was absolutely amazed! The guy who took my order was friendly and attentive. At the window I received my drink quickly, and before I could take the paper off the straw and get it in the coke he was handing me my food! What? Wait a minute...am I at the wrong McDonald's? Thinking there was a catch I reached in the bag to see if the fries were hot...OMG, they were! I almost wanted to cry lol. This lunch crew rocks!!!! I got my food fast...it was hot and tasty. After having a rotten morning (elsewhere) I finally got the break I deserved. Thank you to the lunch crew😁

Mcdouble and milkshakes the best so far is in Memphis Indiana next to loves travel stop

Staff was super friendly. Then my son spilled his ice cream and they replaced it and were kind in cleaning up the whole mess. People like this make your day!

Fries were fresh and burgers were cooked well. (Not just slapped together)

My previous review for this location was two stars and said, "Have you seen the scene in the movie ZOOTOOPIA with the sloths as the DMV workers? The sloths are faster."

However, the new ownership and management have completely changed this location around. They are friendly, helpful, fast and almost always get the order correct. The fries are now fresh and crisp the way I remember McDonald's fries from my youth. I would say they are doing a fabulous job. We don't have many options around us, so it's good this one has turned around.

I will also say it is so CLEAN now. Before, it was just outright filthy. No one wanted to eat there but it's been remodeled and is kept clean now. No truck stop restaurant with all the traffic is going to be 100% perfect at all times, but this location is so so much better. They've done a complete turnaround this past year.

Great place to get lunch on the go! The location is great for me because it's only a couple of miles away from my work. McDonald's fries are the best!

Since the new owner came in, I can already tell this place is a million times better. Just got it for the first time since the new owner took over and MAN order was correct (we had a large order) and nothing was missing. Tasted awesome! So pumped that things are back on track at my nearest mickey d's lol

Edit: the one thing I would truly love to see is for this location to be available on one of the delivery services. Burger King just across the street is available on door dash I'd love to see this McDonald's on there as well. If they had delivery, I'd get it much more often
