This place has taken so much of my money. I am so excited about it though! I traded in some of my old games and got more money than any other place in Indiana was offering. Daniel and Jake have a great thing going in Connersville and Richmond. And opening weekend was so much fun! Everything is low priced, and each time I bought a console I have gotten a free game. I'll be back next paycheck my dudes 😎

Retro jakes is AMAZING! The staff are super friendly, they have a ton of selection, and the arcade is a blast. Definitely worth checking out, but be warned because once you go, you’ll be hooked!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Monday night Pokémon League is my favorite and they have a great selection of old and new games!!

The staff are super nice, and can answer any questions I have. Or if I'm looking for something, they help me!

10/10 Store! Bought parts to refurbish my old ps2 here and I went to the store just today to get the last piece which was a AV cable Bc I believed mine was bad in a way. Owner was very kind, Anthony I believe, hands down best video game store we’ve had in the area for a very long time. Thank you retro Jake’s!

Saw a sign for this place on my drive to Kentucky and decided to stop by. This was hands-down the best independent game store I have ever been to. A huge selection of vintage consoles and new games. They had some amazing funko pops I've never seen before. Everything was reasonably priced and the workers were very helpful without making me feel pressured to buy anything. Will definitely stop here again when I drive through Indiana next!

RetroJake's is a great place to pick up anything you need for your gaming collection, whether you're a serious collector or just an occasional gamer. Their trade in values are leaps and bounds better than the competition and you can stock up on systems, handhelds, games and accessories at great prices. The staff has always been very friendly and you can tell that they're passionate about gaming. Make sure to stop by and support them at both of their locations.

Great store! Was passing through on my way from Indy to Brookville Lake and decided to stop in. Absolute nostalgia as soon as you walk in with something for everyone. Staff was friendly. Will be stopping more in the future!

Very awesome place, I had a issue with Xbox I had bought and Anthony helped me by getting me a new power supply and he was a very fair guy. Definitely will be back in the future for all of my retro games

Hands down one of the best old school video game stores in my area. Jake is a great guy and it's good to see a small business really start to expand. Great customer service and is always willing to work a deal in with his repeat customers!

The woman with long dark hair working the register this past Friday, was very friendly, helpful and kind. I've been on a search for retro games and consoles. The prices are very fair (especially for the prices for the same items found online) and everything I've bought was in great working condition. I've also been to there Richmond location and although it has a bit less inventory, the staff and products were top notch.

They’re always nice and courteous! They always have what I’m looking for or have things I haven’t seen since I was a kid! Makes me want to spend all my money just to get the games I have the most memories with every time I walk into the store!

Awesome little shop filled to the gills with retro games and hardware. The guy working solo was super friendly and showed us pics of his complete n64 collection. Very cool. Highly recommended stopping in for any collector in the area.

I love this place. Takes back when me and my husband use too compete against each other on the old consoles and handheld games. They always have what I am looking for on new consoles and old. Love it love it!

Check out the one star reviewers profile. He is a career complainer. I stopped in to this place while visiting a friend in Kokomo and that dude has no idea what he's talking about. He doesn't know anything about anything. The stock was abundant, and the prices were fair for a mom and pop shop, which is something that needs to be taken into consideration. This place is a great experience and I highly recommend a visit, and as always, be aware of stupid reviewers, they're everywhere. Case in point.

I picked up a few games the other day and a spare GameCube controller. Everything worked great and was reasonably priced as well. Check out their Richmond location too!
