I figure I checked out this branch since the last one I visited was in Chicago. This location was not big. However, the customer service was welcomed and available. The employee "SHAY" was chipper and attentive even during closing time.

Our visit to the Lego Store in Boca Town Center was nothing short of a delight. The store is brilliantly organized, making it easy to navigate through the myriad of Lego sets and pieces. Great place for ANY adult trying to relax and lower their blood pressure by buying miniaturized famous buildings (i.e. the EIFELL TOWER & the EMPIRE STATE) and more like a replica of the TITANIC. It is a great hobby to relieve stress.

The LEGO® Store Town Center at Boca Raton is a delight for kids and parents alike! The wide selection of toys is impressive, ensuring there's something for every child's interest. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit a joyful experience.

The folks at this Lego store are not just sales people, they're fans of Lego too and really try their best to help you. Their recommendations are pretty good. They really do as much as they can to help you short of giving things away for free when they're not supposed to or giving special pricing when they can't.

Their stock has fluctuated with the pandemic but they always seem to meet my needs. If you need to make a Lego purchase I highly recommend coming to this store. ,

Simply, just a great store!

My son insisted upon walking in around 8:50 pm and wanted to make 3 mini figures. I reminded him the mall closed in ten minutes and that everyone working that day wanted to go home on time. The staff were beyond helpful and ended up staying past 9 pm while they helped him create the perfect figures. They were pleasant the entire time. They went above and beyond in their customer service.

This store is awesome! The employees help you with everything and they seem to really enjoy there job. My kids love going here and we definitely spend a lot of time there. Must go if you have kids. It's very hands on.

Great Lego store. It's pretty big. They have all sorts of Lego sets. They have sets from $1.99 up to $899. They have all the collections. Super cool store. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about Legos.

What an awesome Lego store. Karla is one of the best Lego managers I’ve ever encountered. She completely took care of all my issues and went above and beyond. Check out this Lego store, you won’t be disappointed.

A kids dream store. Greeted by a helpful user friendly young man who pointed out what i was looking for. Another young man approached and continued to assist us and finalize our purchase that amounted to several purchases. Good job by all.

The worker Yovani was extremely helpful. I got a bonsai tree and he even recommended some other sets to get to add on to it. Than we got free legos at checkout that were Easter themed

This store has almost every Lego

I have been to all the Lego stores in South Florida and every few months I go to the Disney Springs store in Orlando, however this Boca Raton store might be my favorite. The staff is beyond helpful and attentive. One of the staff members took out display sets for me and let me interact with them to see which sets I would ultimately go home with. They walk around with you to get a true feel of what you might like and their stock is probably the best, They have sets I do not find in Sawgrass or Aventura. They are also one of the few lego stores I know of currently that has the build a minifigure stand out on the floor again, and it is beyond organized unlike Sawgrass where all the pieces were just mixed together. If you live between or undecided whether you want to go to Boca store or Sawgrass, pick the Boca store trust me.

I visited the store today arround 6pm, they were closed and a young man was cleaning inside. I needed some help and I was thinking he wouldn't care to open the store and help me out, but guess what he DID, he was super nice and very very helpful. Even though I didnt buy anything in that moment he helped me. Now the store won a customer and I will comeback to buy things from them because the young man showed super great costumer service. I dont know his name but he was the one who close Sunday JUN19. God bless him.
