Brock in the Uniontown store is nothing less than amazing. He is very knowledgeable on company products, goes above and beyond in his customer service, and made me feel welcome and eager to come back. Because of Brock I will recommend the Uniontown store to others and will definitely be back. Customer service is lacking these days, and when you have good quality people like Brock it makes a difference, and he should be recognized! Thanks for the great service today!

At the time of this review Jerry is the manager. He's absolutely excellent in knowledge and professionalism. He is the embodiment of what a manger should be. I'm not trying to pump him up , but I suggest you go in and find out yourself. As a small business owner I would hire Jerry and feel confident with him running the show.

So i order a product from Amazon and used GNC as a pick up hub. I walk in to no greeting. I say im here to pick up a package from Amazon. The lady says, whats your code? This being my 1st time doing this, i replied code? She says yes, you should have a email giving you a code. Long story short, after 3 to 5 min of looking at emails I go back to the app (after she told me not to go to the app) and i found the code. I said its in the app. She reached down and handed me my package. I said thank you. She said nothing. This same chick ignored me a few weeks back when i walked in. She was chatting with a lady that sounded more like a friend but could have been a customer. Im just sick of people who cant treat me like a customer and think its ok. Or get attitudes because they dont know their job. Before that chick, it was a few good people there. I buy GNC products alot. I even have the pro membership but i swear on my new phone that im never going to that store again. I will find another vitamin company that dont have dummies on the front line.

Store hours are never true to the word, 10am posted open time however lines out the door waiting even 20 minutes after the open time still not opened 🤷🤷
