there are very few places in the heights where one can find fine imported specialty foods like french butter, pates, and fresh pasta. Great butcher dept and fish dept all in the space the size of a bodega or perhaps a bit larger. And everything is beautifully presented. And at reasonable prices as opposed to Franks on ft wash which is consistently pricey

This place has one of the best meat cuts that you can find around here in Washington Heights. I love that fact that's it's clean and all their produces are fresh. The employees are very friendly and nice. One thing that's very important to me is they don't cross contamination. They have the butcher separate from the fish area, fresh produces and the cashier area!!!! NO CROSS-CONTAMINATION!!! Like other places that I've been that they use the glove to cut the meat and with the same dirty glove, they will charge your card.

This has been my favorite meat place for over 10 years now. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure you get the best price for your selection. The quality of the meat is fresh and the place is very clean...

Hands down best meat I have ever cooked with. I am also extremely impressed with how clean the store is, it's clear they take cleanliness very seriously. It's one of the only places I feel very comfortable shopping at given the current times.

I love this place. I wish we had one closer to 145th where we live. It has the best high quality salted cod fish you can find. The meat Specialties are excellent and they do custom cuts for you. One of the few places you can get Churrascos at good price. Lots of other yummy and fresh things some Spanish Specialties lots of Latino Specialties. Highly recommended

Best supermarket around, the places is very welcome, always clean, the customer service the best! Good quality food, fesh, best meat. Number one for me, I always go on Saturd and the people there are just awesome! always smiling to you. Best place you go and find fresh affordable food around home!

Small very clean. They carry some organic products and for meat lovers meat selection beautiful fresh. And i so no bursed chicken. Staff was very nice.

La Rosa has great fresh meat; nothing better to have fresh ground for burgers. The Dominican sausage, Longaniza, is a spicy treat. The produce selection is small yet really well done. Lots of staples for making great meals and a nice selection of specialty items. On Broadway between the A train stops on 175 and 181, a block from Malecon and across from the Palace theater.

Great selection of fine products. Always fresh meat, fish and produce. Excellent customer service. My go to spot when I'm cooking at home.

Really fresh seafood and meats. If I want high quality seafood I usually go here. Also lots of special foods and fancy cheeses. Friendly clerks.
