AT&T Store

Shoutout to Kailey! She was amazing, patient, friendly and super informative and reliable! I came into the store for a SIM card swap and she went out of her way to inform me of a new promotion that they had going on that would bring my bill down monthly. She took the time to write out a quote and explain all the details to me. Next day I came in and got on the new plan and she helped me save money! Super professional and personable!

its always a pleasure, this branch is always welcoming and well trained into Excellent customer service, i would like to mention a few names Shantel, Shayla and Dylan you guys are awesome. you guys are the kind of people Att need in all there stores. I went to other stores and never had the kind of service that you guys provided you guys went above and beyond for your customers. please keep up the good work that you are doing. Best AT&T store ive ever visited! The employees were very welcoming. Helped me every step of the way and got me out the door pretty quick. I will literally drive an hour out of my way just to come to this store.

My husband’s phone was having technical issues. Keiley the store manager had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes.
Our experience with this store was extremely pleasant and the staff was very responsive and professional.

Great experience! I usually don’t write reviews but I had to take the time to thank Chantel for going above and beyond! I was very nervous switching cellphone carriers, however she carefully explained the process and answered all my questions! AT&T has provided me great service.

There was a lady named Eliza I think. She was extremely helpful. Halfway through purchasing my phone, I noticed that she clocked in. I asked her about it in she said that she was just finishing up lunch but that she noticed it was busy inside so she came in. I couldn't believe that she was helping me on her lunch break. After the purchase she asked if I would like her to transfer the data. She did not have to do that but just suggested it. And she was very helpful with my purchase of my Otterbox. And she even offered to put it on for me. She deserves a raise. Best customer service ever.

I had to take the time to leave a review for Rachel and her crew. This store is so friendly knowledgeable and they provide A+ customer service. Rachel took her time to show me all of my available options and I was surprised to hear that I could get so much for my money walking out of the store that day. This is by far one of the best AT&T stores in the region. Superior customer service is a true key to there successful interactions with customers. They understand your needs and take care of all your problems with excellence. I highly recommend this AT&T location for all your phone servicing needs. I've had AT&T for years - We've been working with Joel in Vineland & he is awesome. He definitely knows customer service and will go above and beyond to make certain you are satisfied - have a question or need help with something he surely knows what he is doing - someone give that man a raise! Severino Teheras is a great salesman. He took the time to explain how upgrading our phones would work. He was patient while all of our data was being transferred to the new phones. He is extremely knowledgeable and obviously enjoys the work that he does. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for a new phone.

Miss. Omayra from the Vineland store has helped me so much the past two weeks. My phone was taken I had gotten it back but my service kept getting disconnected and every time I showed up she was very patient and helped me out. Her service and customer experience is amazing. Never felt neglected or anything. I know I cant give her a raise or a promotion but this woman deserves it. Cant ever co plain about how she treated me or anyone else for that matter. She's very polite and just all around awesome.

I switched over to AT&T in October 2015 and specifically drove to this branch because of their excellent customer service. They were invaluable in helping me pick a phone (I was debating between the Galaxy 6 Edge and Note 5) and helping me setup everything on my account, transfer all of my old phone's info, and setup my autobill payment every month! I would highly recommend this branch.

The sales rep Charles erwinski assisted me in my upgrade flawlessly. He broke down my plan for me to help me save money and made the entire process quick headache free. Will be recommending him and this store to everyone I know who has AT&T

I had a great experience today at at&t I was having difficulties with my phone charging ect and Nick was happy to help and assist me and actually got my phone working again after about 15 minutes or less. I’m so appreciative now my phones working again, thanks to Nick, he was awesome! :)

I had a great experience at ATT in Vineland. I went to the mall and they couldn't fix my Galaxy Phone. Lester Hann spent a couple hours fixing my galaxy s7 and it is working perfect now! He was very patient and would not give up until he solved the problem without losing any of my information. It is too soon for me to upgrade, but I will send everyone I know to see him! I wish my apartment complex would allow Direct TV because he offered me a great deal and showed me all the cool features.
