I am very satisfied with the service I received today from Macey. She was informative about the best service plan I needed. She helped me get the best deal possible on my trade-in…..plus she made sure I got any promotions available for my new IPhone 15 Pro. She also set me up with any discounts available.
She offered to transfer information from old phone to the new one, set up auto pay and download the Verizon app on the new phone so I can quickly see my bill. She answered EVERY question I could think of and was very patient with me. Thank you Macey. It was a good experience working with you.

Ricky went out of his way to get what I needed transferred to my new phone. He also assisted in getting my new phone set up how I wanted, plus answered my questions along the way. A couple other employees answered questions I had regarding another phone on my account while Ricky was dealing with my phone. All around, the 3 employees that were there together these last 2 days worked together and helped me get what I needed.

Ricky was so helpful and had such patience with us! He explained things so that we could understand everything.

I went in today to upgrade my phone & make adjustments to my phone plan. Shawn was extremely helpful & also so friendly! He diligently went over all my plan options & helped me figure out which better suited my needs. This is exactly why I love supporting my hometown stores! Great business to have in town. I was having a really hard time figuring something out with Verizon so I went in to see if I could get any help. Shawn at the store was extremely helpful. He paid attention to what I was saying and really understood what I was looking for. It was not an easy fix and he came through big time for me. This will be my first stop for phone cases also after seeing the really nice selection for a lot of different phones.
