Jacob H. and his co-workers @ the Manahawkin location were very polite and accommodating to my very unique situation. They all helped me even at the end of their shift accomplish my goal. HUGE THANKS... A+ Service!

I need help with a few things that I had hoped the store could assist with (vs customer service line). The associate, Keneray (I do not remember the correct spelling, so sorry) was VERY helpful. I only was able to solve 1 issue via the store but she was very helpful in guiding me to the easiest, fastest solution.

She also went above and beyond to help find the best promotions for me needs. I suggest this store if you need to visit T-Mobile.

Walked in with my mom very confused and stressed with t mobile, about to cancel lines and the workers Vinnie and kerenay were so kind patient and helpful they are probably the only reason we stayed with the company and got new phone and plan!

The team here was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and extremely nice! The store manager Amber was able to help me through my issues and helped me get new phones for my family. Even though she didn’t speak Spanish, she was determined to help my family and I get everything we wanted and more!

The associates at the Manahawkin T-Mobile store are fantastic! Each and every time I've visited the store, with a purchase or a problem, I've always left a happy man. They won't let you go unless you are 100 percent sure they solved your problem! They are a wonderful crew and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Manahawkin T-Mobile! You are the best!

I have been to this store twice for an extended period of time. Victor and Miqueline, the manager, work very hard trying to resolve issues. T-Mobile does not give them enough support as far as I can tell. They should have additional people working in the store. No problem seems to be easily resolved in spite of the calls that are made on behalf of the customer. Victor and Miguelina handle stressed out customers with patience and grace.

Brian provided excellent customer service. Brian was attentive, and adding a new line was flawless. Brian was very knowledgeable about the current promotions and services. customer service 10/10

The manager of this store is amazing. She does everything possible above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They are honest about what’s in your best interest.

The purple behind the desk were very nice and greeted me as I walked through the door. They helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions. Very nice plave!
