BEWARE. Don’t waste your money on this garbage. I returned the mattress before my 100 day sleep trial ended. The mattress was terrible. I woke up everyday with lower back pain. They insisted I change it and get a firmer mattress, but after reading the specs on the mattress’s they were offering the support was actually worse than the one I had. The icing on the cake is the gimmick that you can’t return the base because you can use it on any bed. That’s exactly how they pay for the returned mattresses. I paid 2699.00 for a base that I thought I would be able to return as well. Stay as far away from this company. Total ripoff. Luckily I get a refund on the mattress. I just got back from Europe staying at 4 and 5 star hotels. I didn’t have one night of bad sleep or back pain, and I guarantee you I wasn’t sleeping on no 5k mattress. I also read they had a law suit for mold in their beds which they say has been rectified. How did they rectify the problem? If you find mold they will send you a new mattress. Total joke.
