AT&T Store

I needed help moving a line off Verizon last night and came in a little late but Emma was awesome and super helpful staying with the process until it was done. It was like the exact opposite of my experiences with their competitors, so assuming the line service is also 10/10, I'll be staying with them. Thanks again.

I know next to nothing about cell phones. I was hesitant when I walked into the store with my problem.

The manager helped me, and she was both personable and knowledgeable. She asked me a few questions, then described what needed to be done, laid out the steps required, and finished with the time required for each step.

BOOM! Success. I ended up walking out of the store relaxed, having gotten some excellent service.

I was in for a simple SIM card issue on the evening of 3/23/24 and the gentleman that helped me fix my issue was refreshingly polite and knowledgeable and had great customer service.

Amanda and Jake are absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful and smart salespeople I have ever met at AT & T! They helped me get my family set up with 5 lines with all the best phones and at the best prices possible! Jake gave me superior customer service today and helped me answer some pretty extensive questions I had about my plan and upgrades! You guys are an asset to AT & T! Thank you so much Amanda! You are exceptional!

Clerks were ready to help as soon as I came in, and they had great promos available for upgrading my phone. The guy also updated my bill so that it was easier to understand, and switched me over to the Unlimited plan for less money. I'm really enjoying my new Note20 5G!

I just went to this store Sept 7, and probably went at the worst time of day--rush hour traffic trying to get into and out of this parking lot is a nightmare.

Total worth it. The guy working was the friendliest and kindest customer service I have had in recent memory. He was informed, easy to talk to, and didn't try to upsell me anything. Quick, knowledgeable and takes clear pride in his work and store, I was impressed. Definitely makes me glad I use AT&T.

This is the best customer service I have ever had at AT&T. Tyler, who helped me and my MIL, was extremely helpful. He was very professional, polite, gracious and knowledgeable. The way he was able to multitask was mind-blowing, too. I’d highly recommend this location.

Both staff who helped me were so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! Emma was particularly helpful with helping me to get a new phone and transfer from my old phone plan.

Had a super pleasant experience at this location. I didn’t feel the typical (and dreaded) “sales approach” when shopping for a new phone; it was much more organic and helpful. Huge thanks to the manager on-site, Tyler, who made my upgrade seamless!

Amanda was amazingly helpful and patient. I had a complex request AND I showed up with my one year old in tow. Amanda handled everything for me with ease and a smile all while entertaining my kid. Above and beyond customer service. Give her a raise! Not to mention I love my new phone and everything is set up perfectly. Thank you Amanda. I went to this AT&T store and had some of the best service. Tyler did a great job at getting me exactly what I needed (and in a timely fashion)! The atmosphere in here was a pleasure to be around! Thank you Tyler for making my experience so easy!

The store employee was great, helpful and professional. She handled 4 customers at the same time, answered phone called and helped all in most professional manner. Always smiled and asked politely to be patient. One person running the store was something unbelievable. Total respect to this employee.

I appreciated the individual help and look forward to the ongoing support I’m sure I’ll receive from the Edmonds store on my plan and devices.

It says from “Bas” this is my boyfriends gmail account I do not have one but I really wanted to take the time to share my experience. I went in last minute to upgrade my phone and I was immediately greeted by Jair. I was having a bad day and just wanted to get in and get out however Jair was so kind, genuine and helpful I left feeling so happy. He was the only employee working at this location but he was able to take care of me and another customer in the store very efficiently. He listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful and upfront about the price per month, as well as the specials AT&T is offering right now. It’s 90 degrees and he even offered me a cold bottle of water.. I don’t think I have had such a pleasant experience at a phone store before but I HIGHLY recommend this location after todays experience. It’s the little things that go a long way. Scarlett was so helpful and friendly! After a poor experience with AT&T over the phone with the customer service line, Scarlett helped me and my gf get setup on a new line! She is awesome!!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a phone company ! Amanda was so attentive and responsive to my wants/needs. All the staff made me feel welcome and heard. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for electronic/phone bill needs. You won’t be disappointed!
