My first time ever purchasing an epinephrine pen, was an eyeopener. I had to have one to do allergy therapy and hopefully will never need to use it. Walgreens in Mountain City, TN charged me $249. after my insurance was applied, and I was told there was no coupon to offset it. A friend found a coupon online that said it was $128.44 @Walgreens. I went back to the pharmacy the next day, but they refused to honor the price, so I called Walgreens coporate. They took my information, but all they did was have the same pharmacy call me back to again decine the coupon. Since then I read an article that said Walgreens are giving out our drug history to third partes for use in obtaining people to participate in drug studies. Our privacy is over at Walgreens, and I am switching to CVS.

Tried to get a special script on the way home from the hospital. After a heart attack. Walgreens didn't carry it. Would not order it, wouldn't try, wouldn't tell me where to find it. What are they good for. CVS. Gladly helped me get it. Need some competition here, for attitude adjustments or shut thease others down.

I feel like I was discriminated against because I had 16 or 18 items from the dollar isle and yes they were snacks I don't get out much lots of health issues and had outpatient surgery own my back yesterday I was going to pay for my things with a EBT card and she said they didn't renew there contract with the state of Tennessee but if I get my prescription with my insurance it's ok I've used my ebt card here before when I got my meds this year something just didn't seem right to me so if you are disabled and down own your luck I feel awful they don't know what my life is like and the heath problems I have thank you plus if there was a change made why is it not posted up front at the register about no longer taking snap or wic sometimes you may need a few food items after visiting the pharmacy I had my covid booster shot and the pharmacy has always been nice it was up front is where I just felt like I was being lied to there is no post anywhere in the store about not taking snap or wic when you have to get a ride sometimes it's hard to get took anywhere much when you look up Walgreens own your phone it says they do accept snap/ ebt

Went thru drive thru till I could wait not a minute more after 10 to15 mins thanks Walgreens your help in the RX are lazy and not friendly -is it such a to burden work there ?

I had to give 1 star but they don't deserve that one star. It was so bad as rite aid that you would figure it could only get better.WRONG!!! Please stay away!!!!!
