Best 7-11 around always open For the late snack and they have the best customer service

Hey 👋 there just like I said before, this particular 7-eleven is the very BEST 7-eleven around they have the best staff in the business, the customer service is right on, as well. You only read or hear from people about bad stuff. Well, this is definitely a celebration 🥳

I have had very good memories there and we still do from 2005 - present with my mom and other family and friends. And to answer your question Anna Lopes they have to ask your mom a ID because when alcohol or drugs are scanned into the register the register makes a beep sound and on that screen it is telling the cashier check customer’s ID. Also the register is locked until an ID is scanned. If the cashier is not scanning ID’s when alcohol or drugs are purchased they can get into serious trouble.

There are 2 employees here who are golden, I've only ever gotten them, there is a man with an accent, he is so sweet and loves to talk to me. My experience is always good getting some candy and soda at night

Always friendly and always fresh coffee. Great Asian ramen soup collection, always good candy , always FRESH MILK!!! Such a nice 7-11 considering the usual 7-11’s!!

I’m so lucky to have a convenience store near me staffed with kind, caring people. This is my favorite 7-Eleven. I visit this store almost daily, and I’m always happy to see the familiar faces that have kept this store afloat during a time of great social duress. Hats off to the staff of the Ballard 7-Eleven at the locks, they all deserve raises!

This store has some of the best clerks. They are friends with the regulars and it shows. The owner is all business but cares about you and his store. Take a minute to talk with the people behind the counter, it's worth it.

I love most of the people at this store but the young guy/kid that works there is insanely unprofessional and always makes me reallllyy uncomfortable wether its his weirdly personal questions and the next day he was riding his bike by where I live, his body language and odor, or the fact that he just sits and stares out the window...every encounter I have had with him is just weird and uncomfortable and I avoid this store more often than not in the evenings which is when he seems to work.

Thought these places were 24/7? Doors are locked and a dude is just staring outside.

I’ve had encounters with virtually each of this 7-Elevens employees all of them have been extremely rude by telling me to smile more or just flat out unfriendly customer service. An older gentleman with a pony tail that seems to work mornings to early evenings is the only one that is consistently acting as if he’s at work and actually is extremity pleasant to have a short interaction with. I’ll be staying far away from this location as they don’t seem to want anyone purchasing from them anyways. Terrible place! Do not go here if you want a good start to your mornings or pleasant end to your evenings.

Went around 6:00am in the morning, was told they were closed not true, East African lady always has an attitude problem. Refused to open the door when I come every time I work is insane. How is she still there with complaints dating back 2 years ago?What is her deal? Will not be going back anytime soon, awful.
