Young man whose name is actually Caden AKA Joey was awesome! Really helpful and installed the part right there in the parking lot.

I can't say enough about how far above and beyond Tom has gone at this store to help me with a custom order. He did a price match on the product so I could purchase it locally, and when one of the parts didn't fit he contacted the vendor, helped expedite the part being swapped out and kept me updated. Once I went to install it, another one of the parts didn't fit and was too large. I contacted the product manufacturer and Tom provided detailed info to them to help expedite yet another exchange. This was a large purchase and it was not his responsibility to deal with, but he was genuine and sincere in his efforts to help me get it resolved, and a great person to work with. I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel the least I could do after all the effort he put into helping me is share my experience with this store and with Tom. He took ownership of the problem and he resolved it - twice.

I recently had an issue with my car battery and the young Man who help was very polite and professional! I am an older disabled Man and he removed and replaced my battery and ran checks on both the battery and the charging system at no charge. I went to a location in Deltona, Florida.

I only wish that all businesses had employees like that guy, he was Great!

Long story short GM Ron and the staff took care of my daughter. About a month ago, my wife had an issue with her battery, it was the 2nd time in two months that she had issues starting her car. My wife walks into this location explains the scenario and the guy there replaces the battery no questions. Fast forward to today, my daughter experiences the same exact starting issues and upon arrival the young lady checks the battery and it checks ok, but clearly something is wrong given the 2 issues in the last month with the exact brand. They check the rest of the car and everything is fine, but again, she's had to get a boost twice in a month. The young lady called the GM but told my daughter there was nothing that could be done. Naturally I'm frustrated so I decide to meet her at the location, while I arrive Ron also arrives, we discuss the scenario and he understands and cares for the situation. Ron was clear, offered solutions and ultimately retained us as customers. We really appreciate what he did.

They knew what I needed when I told them the problem.

I had an issue with a purchase that the manager Mr. Lopez helped me with. He went above and beyond to solve the issue when he really didn't have to. I have always liked the Providence location but Mr. Lopez has solidified my loyalty to his store. Thank you sir and a well deserved 5 stars.

They were great, and very helpful. They even went out of their way to get down a product that I needed that I couldn't reach. Very nice people. I will absolutely go there again when I need items for my car.

First of all I want to start off by saying I’m definitely not a car savy individual, so calling asking about parts on my vehicle on rely on the help from the person on the other end of the receiver. I called your store because I was in need of a battery for my car. Originally I spoke with Ron and he was very helpful and answered my questions, offered to the extent of coming to install my battery because I could not start my vehicle. I ended up calling today and I missed him as he left for the day. I spoke with Eli and went to the store to purchase my battery. Eli told me he would install it. Little did I know that the battery terminals on mine had corrosion etc. Without hesitation Eli cleaned the terminals and made sure it was good. I have never been so Thankful like I was today! This guy definitely deserves BIG KUDOS for such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely will be back and know who to call for my car needs! Thank you again!

Great experience, Estevan helped me get everything I needed to fix my Chrysler. He did not give me the run around like some local mechanics had done in the pass. I change the parts myself with advice from Estevan.

The prices are affordable and the customer service was on point. Definitely recommend this location.

Very nice staff. Came in looking for windshield wipers got a great deal by the nice lady offering a good deal that i did not know about. Even installed them for me at 8 at night. Didnt give me a hassle for even asking to install them.

In these times when most places are closed or limited in services, they stepped up. I needed a new battery for my car. Friendly and good customer service. I bought the battery and figured take it home and change it out. They offered to install it for me right then and there3. My car is not simple having to disconnect air intake that runs over battery. No extra fee..they did it with a smile and I was on my way.

The store was clean and the employee Cameron was courteous. He came outside right away to do a diagnostic check. He gave me some good ideas and opinions, he was super helpful

Even though they did not have what I needed today, the gentleman that helped me was able to locate and have what I needed shipped to the store within a day. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff, patient with my not knowing cars self! Great job guys!!

This store has always had great service. Their staff is knowledgeable and has assisted me numerous times in diagnosing issues with my vehicles. Ordering online and picking up in store has also simplified my life and has helped our budget by giving us great discounts. I'll continue going here to get parts for my vehicles for years to come!

Victor and Eli help me out when I needed help the most my mom was stuck in the side of the road because a broken caliper bracket bolt they help me get the bolt and they provided excellent customer service and even provided me some tools to use when I got the truck into the parking lot they are pretty fine people and I appreciate them and this company we need more people like that
