Jeremy was a great guy, professional and helped me choosemy perfect sectional. Delivered the next day, exactly on time and even moved my old sofa out to my covered porch! Great service, excellent quality and the prices are lower than anyone else around. Highly recommend, the entire experience was perfect.

We started shopping for mattresses and asked for recommendations on a Blue Springs, MO Facebook group. The number of other customer's commenting recommending Valley Mattress Company made it apparent that we needed to go in and look at what they had! We contacted them and Jeremy was readily available to bring us in(same day) and look at the mattresses that they carry. After spending about an hour in their store, we were able to choose a mattress they had that we really liked and was reasonably priced! The customer service Jeremy provided was outstanding. Typical sales people will push you to buy a specific mattress and let me tell you, Jeremy did not push. That's the best salesperson you can ask for. :) He was able to walk us through the differences and overall we had a great experience with them. Great family running a great business. When my elderly father needed a new bed, we were able to connect, describe what he needed and come in shortly thereafter. They knew exactly what he needed and had him all set up in less than 30 minutes! We will definitely be back.

This company is locally owned and operated by an amazing husband and wife team. They go above and beyond to assist the customers in their community, even going as far as opening the store during non business hours to help accommodate my insane work schedule. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and answered all questions I had during the process. They stick to their offer of same day delivery, even though that meant they would be working late. To accommodate my schedule, they delivered, and set up the furniture at my home at 8:30pm. As a bonus, they even helped solve the argument, in my favor, that I was having this morning as to the actual color of the loveseat. Thank you both for your exceptional service.

I saw this furniture online and was pleasantly surprised that this is a storefront in Grain Valley. You can make an appointment to see their furniture in the store. The couple that runs it is extremely friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to make the experience convenient for you. They delivered my furniture and set it up quickly. I highly recommend them. The prices are reasonable and the furniture is good quality for the price. I mean let’s be honest this is not furniture that will last you 20 years like some of the name brands but it will last quite a while and it looks fantastic. The cushions are firm and they look great. You can’t beat the price.

These guys are truly amazing. They made buying a new mattress so east because of their knowledge of their product. they’re care for the custom by listen to what I wanted and needed. This isn’t like those other stores, see they didn’t try to sell me a bed, they helped me find the perfect bed for my needs that was in my price range. 10/10 will send all my family and friends here !!!

Super friendly, fast, & helpful! I asked about a couch Friday and Saturday night it was delivered and placed perfectly in my home! These two make the process easy & convenient! I never had to leave my house for the whole thing! Definitely would recommend!
