Staff are very courteous and capable. Rebecca went out of her way to fix issues with my tank that I wasn't even aware of which resulted in a greatly improved vaping experience. I would choose this location over any of their others despite it not being the closest to me!

The gentleman working was super friendly and fantastic! I had questions and he answered them all he even talked about the rewards program and told me about how your birthday you get something. I was like dang it was just my birthday he told me to sign up and come back the next day (didn't have my phone) and he would honor the birthday discount for me! It was a nice change of pace from some vape shops where the people are kinda blah

I loved it they have so many mods and coils and disposables and thousands of different flavors they even have a binder that has pages full of flavors that come with the mods, disposables, snow wolfs and more vape mods there's even two beautiful women one that works at the cashier and the other that gets the vape and The vape juice for you

Came here today for the first time and had a great experience! Jordan helped me with my purchase and found me the perfect mod and juice from their selection. I'm new to vaping and felt really comfortable and happy with my purchase at the end. I will be back to this store; you cant beat that kind of customer service! He answered all my questions and I felt like I got the perfect mod!
