I had a problem with my former Verizon account, and Spencer took his time to get to the bottom of it. Problem was fixed. Thank you

Spencer was so helpful and made my transition to version home internet very easy. He was also able to help me with promotions and discounts. I have never before felt this way when leaving a Verizon store, usually very frustrated. Thank you Spencer.

Spencer took care of us, patiently explained all of the new features on our new phone. Went grocery shopping, returned and all of the updates switched over-awesome!

Both Verizon associates I interacted with were friendly, and knowledgeable. If a problem came up, or there was anything they hadn't done before, they quickly got in touch with someone who knew the answer. I'm very happy with their service and if I need anything else I'll definitely go back to that store.
