This is my “down the street” gas station and they are ALWAYS so nice.
One employee went out into the parking lot because I let him know I was being cat called.
Just now the chip reader wasn’t working and the owner was checking me out. I was on my quick 15 minute break from work and grabbing a soda & Red Bull. We couldn’t get the chip reader to work and it was my only form of payment. He personally covered my purchase for the day! I will absolutely be paying him back during my next trip.
For being sort of in a sketchy area, I am super grateful for this staff!

Had a really great experience! Staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered... What a refreshing change to what I'm.use 2.. GREAT JOB

Just up the road from me so i go pretty often and all the employees know my name pretty much and there all cool and respectful exept 1 dude that honest to god is just a mega hoe but thats about the only negative

Good selection and a well lit gas station, but there has been a bunch of crime here. Stabbings, robberies, etc. Don't go here after dark.

Management needs to teach their employees that customers come first. If a call comes during a customer transaction, say please hold, finish the transaction and THEN help the caller, don’t answer the call and and help the caller first. If the clerk is busy when the customer comes in, drop stocking the shelf that very moment and help the customer, don’t finish your stocking first! I overheard the clerks talking about customers trickling in, well make the customer first, especially in the morning when people are on the way to work. Make the transaction short and polite. You can be sweet as can be but if you’re slow, that’s going to run a customer off like it did me.

Bathroom was pretty nasty.

Only use the gas pumps. Stopped going because of the video ads they have playing. Returned because I forgot how annoying they were.

Male staff is blatantly rude to customers(not only have i experienced it 1st hand more times than i care to recall but i have watched his interactions with MANY other customers as well as heard countless customers talkijg about and complaining about their freshly aquired experience in making his unpleasant acquaintance), bathroom was horrendous and same male staff member couldn't have cared less when informed.. His exact response was, "I'm not guna worry about it." This same employee has lost this location of pour boys countless customers just that i personally know of, and even though we live close enough to see it from our home we avoid ever utilizing this gas station for ANYthing unless there's absolutely no choice. The newer staff members they have hired recently are night and day different in there customer services but we still avoid our neighborhood convenience store and go out of our way daily JUST due to this particular A**.

The place isn't very clean. The staff refuse to wear a mask properly(They wear it under their chin or below their nose) and do not enforce the mask mandate. That tells me how much they care about their customers health and safety. The prices are high, like most gas stations. The drink machine is generally messed up in one way or another. Too much flavor, too much seltzer, etc.

Gone downhill so fast! Do yourself a favor and drive to the nearest quik trip. Not safe for the employees or patrons, crime happens here. At the pump, some cards no longer work, mine says my pin number is wrong. It's only "wrong" at this gas station! Used to be a great employee there that seemed to keep everything humming along, knew my kids when they came in, but he's gone now. My kids won't go here, not even for gas. I can't go here for gas since it won't accept my debit card. No point in going here if I have to walk inside before I can pump my gas.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could

My husband and I come in EVERY SINGLE DAY, and today was no different. Went in to get 2 pack of cigarettes just like we do EVERY DAY and the price was higher. We simply made a comment stating "did cigarette prices go up?" and the manager that was there, named Marty, was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. he stated with an attitude that was not appreciated "yeah, you gotta problem with that?" my husband responded with "okay?" confused what the attitudes was for then Marty proceeded to say "well you can get the f*** out, i can refuse service to any one i wish." the cigarettes were eventually purchased and we left. WE DO NOT APPRICIATE YOUR PEOPLE IN CHARGE TREATING YOUR GUEST IN THE MANNER HE DID AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS OR ANY OTHER POUR BOYS ESTABLISHMENT DUE TO THE LACK OF RESPECT.

Just walked out to go to Red X. Tried to tell employee where my brand of cigarettes are. That’s why she couldn’t find them. She replied she knows that. My daughter was with me. Guess she rolled her eyes because I was waiting to pay for her bag of chips. Bad customer service.

I was charged 1.40 for a cup of ice water. An ice cup is .25 but they charge an extra 1.15 for water. What a rip off and the cashier was extremely rude.

I was amazed at how dirty this place was. The exterior was bad enough that I wasn't interested in going inside- just pumped my gas and left. But hey, I didn't get mugged. So there's that.

Loved pour boy but its so exspensive now

The young staff care more about smoking and chatting with their friends than working. Who the hell runs this place?!
