Switched from T-mobile. The new store manager is incredibly friendly, patient, and easy-going. I appreciate his insight on the devices I was interested in, and he offered his recommendations. Left the store happy with a lower phone bill, he really tried to research any discount I could possibly receive in my benefit. Also left happy because their customer service is superior. Thank you!!!

Went in to get a new iPhone for my wife. The young lady employee (Megan?) was extremely knowledgrable and helpful. Got wife right into her new phone and transferred everything over very quickly. My wife returned about an hour or so later because her Facebook would not download. She helped her with that too! This is the same employee that got me into a better phone plan last year and saved me $100 a month. Great job.

Very helpful as a new customer. New cell phone is fine but dealing with customer service call center over the phone was not getting me anywhere. Walked right in, explained the situation, he called customer service and send all the key words…. I was set and out of there in 15 minutes!!!

I was so happy to see that they put a location back in Caldwell. Went in to get an upgrade on my laptop. Jonathan and Caitlin were so helpful. Helped me transfer all of my stuff over a made great conversation in the process. The store is very nice and very spacious. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend checking out this new location.

Not really happy with the employees at this location. I don’t think they are as professional as the one in nampa. I was in trying to get a change of responsibility when the ladie that was helping me decided it would be a great idea to take a personal call. Not really professional if you ask me. I get that there isn’t a lot of customers but still the workers should give the customer a great experience.
