AT&T Store

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Arden Smith with AT&R. He is Extremely professional and patient, he spent 2,5 hours trying to resolve the issue with my Internet connection and account issues. He called and had spoken to 6(!) different associates and he made sure it’s all set. Fantastic work.

Great time coming for replacement phone and the employee Nessa was super helpful and got me all setup with a new iPhone. Even installed my new screen protector perfectly. Very nice and helpful. Recommend this store!

Came in looking to recover my stolen phone. Koby was super helpful and walked me through the process. I’m not from the area so I thought it would difficult but he made it super simple we were in and out within the hour. Love you koby

Jess has great customer service. She was working all alone. The store was filled with customers. She kept her composure and serviced all of us. Even though the wait was long I would definitely come back because of Jess. Thank you so much. This girl deserves a bonus!

I had a problem with my phone all week where NO ONE could fix! I called the customer service number and even went to apple and wasted hours of my time! So today I decided to go to the store and I was greeted by Tim, told him that my voicemail hasn’t been working and tried everything, asked for his manager Nicoh who also assisted me. We all decided it was best to get a new number for myself and got the voicemail to work. And in all this Nicoh was able to help other customers coming in, and Tim was able to help me switch my phone number over. Both were very patient with me, like SAINTS. they waited while I changed all my numbers on my other apps. Finally, Tim helped me cancel my number and now I’m here with a new number and voicemail working beautifully. They even gave me one of the newest numbers!
And I actually felt bad near the end and customer was giving Nicoh a hard time but he handled it professionally.

THANK YOU TIM AND NICOH! You guys are literally the best! I’ll always come here for you guys. Great employees!

I usually hate going i to get a new phone and stuff it takes so long and is usually my whole day! Not this time I left with a happy smile from only waiting there about 20 mins in total and leaving with an updated plan, new phone and AirPod pros. NISHA had literally helped me with ALL my questions she went above and beyond so that I was leaving happy and I hope to always get her in the future. If I could leave 10 starts I would. Also I never write these reviews but she was so amazing I had too.

Tim helped us find exactly what we were looking for, introduced us to a new Samsung promotion, and presented us with many options to for peripherals that we got for a new phone. We left happier than we entered with a broken phone.

Shadi, was extremely helpful, professional, friendly & very informative! I would say promote him to manager, but he is; so promote to area/regional mgr! Because of him, I will deal with this location & HIM when i upgrade, real soon! AT&T needs people like HIM!!

I came in the morning and Nessa helped us till closing with a positive attitude and the service was amazing!!! Definitely recommend Nessa for your visit she is outstanding!! If i could give more stars i would, great service.

One of the best AT&T's I've been too! Very professional and understanding, I would recommend coming here. I was helped by Naj here at at&t and she was wonderful! I actually was coming in to cancel my service and switching to a different provider because I was over there customer service on the phone and she had me walking out the store with a good deal and my service well worth keeping! The staff here are amazing & make you feel welcomed and understood. Customer service here is 10 out of 10 !

I needed help with my service while visiting vegas and when I walked in the manager Nisha was so helpful. She took care of everything so fast I was shocked. I wish I lived in Vegas so I can go to the at location regularly. Great job Nisha and thanks for all the fun Vegas recommendations.

This AT&T store is outstanding and Nisha has gone above and beyond to assist me. I set up my AT&T service with another store in California and it was a disaster in that I did not have the right plan with all of the extra add-ons attached without my approval. I also came in with my military ID and could not get the discount added to the account. I spent hours on the phone with customer service over a few weeks and had the issue escalated and nothing happened, but then I dropped by this store and Nisha fixed everything over the course of a few weeks (which the customer service line and enhanced care could not do over 4 months).

Went in to get a new phone. Didnt know a lot about Apple product but wanted to switch over. The sales associate was answering questions that I didn't even know I had, but would eventually have asked . It makes you feel good when you have to make a big purchase like that, to have answers, so thank you.

Julia and Kenneth were absolutely wonderful. My needs were addressed promptly and they were extremely professional. They were so helpful through the process and I left very happy with the purchase of my new phone and iPad.
