The Vitamin Shoppe

Store 832 is the BEST Vitamin Shoppe that I have ever been to‼ Simply because of the outstanding service I received from Ariana, Robert, and Timber!

They informed me on the numerous sales and discounts that were going on that day and helped me with some problem solving and even did a bunch of worn around when something was in error with their systems for the discounts for Celsius drinks that day (They were $1 each that day!)

I love great customer service and we all know that after the pandemic, great, knowledgeable, and upbeat CS reps are rare and NEEDED... So I just wanted to make sure these three were appreciated and recognized for all they do. Thank You all soo much! See you when I fly up there my next fight camp...

Pretty good experience. The Store Manager is very helpful. There definitely needs to be more staff to help. He was so helpful and he was multi tasking. Where is the help to support this business?
I only shop there because The Manager is great but you can tell is over working to keep the business going. Keep up the good work and I hope it gets better!

My first experience in the vitamin shoppe on Eastern was a great one! Dani was so welcoming when I walked in, she not only had knowledge about the products but knew exactly where to direct me. Dani helped me find exactly what I needed and was very friendly. Thank you Dani for all your help!

I love this location on Eastern. The staff is great and the manager Robert is wonderful.
He is a gem and he will do wonderful at any company. I would hire him if he ever needs a reputable company to work for!!!

I've got to say, I don't come in that often but the staff is polite and greets me every time I show up! If I ever need anything, they are happy to point me in the right direction. If I know what I'm there for, the store is ell organized and I can find it without a problem. The lady working today was especially helpful and kind. I belive her name was Carmella. She had solid suggestions and was very good at her job.

I called to confirm they had a product in stock and the lady said yes. I told her that I was on my way and when I arrived she had the item at the register waiting for me. She also helped with another product search. Her customer service was 5 Star! I haven't received service like this since I visited Lord & Taylor!

The young lady that assisted me tonight was so informative! She had a great personality and, literally knew about every product on her shelves, I inquired about. I will definitely be back. Great customer service is hard to find by this young lady definitely makes up for it. She is phenomenal!

First time @this location 10/2 @1pm the two employees working were FANTASTIC. The woman was very helpful & knew the products that I wanted. I Really appreciate the awesome FRIENDLY customer service.

Always such nice staff and they got a great selection! Also, their Keto bars are pretty tasty haha

Visited last month and Faith was amazing at helping me quickly find what I came in for and showing me tips on how to use it. Great personality and spirit as well!

The manager is super helpful and always takes time to help me in my vitamin picks.
Also if she is not there then that staff member is also as helpful. This personal service is what keeps coming back.

I have been going to this Vitaminshoppe for the last 5 years now and I can say the staff is great. They are helpful and always have great customer service. They have every supplement I need. Good prices and the rewards ponts make it even better. I highly recommend this place.

So helpful with a uncommon item. They set me up for auto delivery to my house! The girl who helped me was blonde. She went above & beyond to look for this Ginger Tea.

Clean and organized lcation at S Eastern. Door greeted by Ian a staff person whom listened to my questions about various products in regards to my fitness goal of losing 190 pounds. Staff was patient with me without pressure sale nor upselling. Staff took time to explain each product to duration of use in servings. Staff shared options to order on line.

The staff is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The store is alway clean and organized. The prices are great, I shop there for vitamins oils and hair care.
