CVS

I have been a long-standing Walgreens shopper for quick & convenient items. However, a friend, who is a CVS shopper has repeatedly bragged about her savings and coupon deals she receives. I decided to give CVS a try and have been pleasantly surprised with the savings and generous offers. I definitely will be visiting CVS again!

They were very nice and helpful. One of the workers was busy and said “I will help you once I’m finished” in a very nice way. Just then a second worker chimes in and said “It’s ok I’ll help her”. It’s just really nice that nice people still exist. The checkout person was just as kind and professional. Also they had what I wanted in store which was some “Vicks” shower tablets except they had the cvs version. I was very satisfied with the product.

Katrina Berres was incredible. I came in to get Covid tested in a bad mood because she said it would take 4 to 5 business days. She was an Angel. I received my test results inn24 hours!! How fortunate you are to have her there. God Bless you! Gordon Stacy

I Love Sky he is the Boulder that holds this pharmacy together .Hes always smiling & so nice .I know this man deserves a vacation But oh how I miss him when he's gone ! I think this man needs a raise as well as an extended vaca because when he's working He works extremely hard to make sure you are covered in every matter .THANK YOU SKY FOR BEING THE BOULDER TO THIS PHARMACY.

Lou is an amazing pharmacist. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location however Lou stands out as this locations superstar.

It’s a CVS. Sometimes busy. Sometimes not. Sometimes wait. Sometimes don’t.

This pharmacy is always friendly, I don’t feel any judgement from their employees at the pharmacy, and they’re flexible too. This CVS typically has my medications in stock unlike most Walgreens. I am giving them three stars, because I want them to know that if a medication is out of stock that they should inform the patient of that when they come to pick it up. I know what medicine I am supposed to be getting. Therefore, if you only charge me for one medication when I know I’m here to get two, it doesn’t mean I am going to forget about the other one. Please don’t make me sit here and wonder where is it?? It makes me feel like you’re not being upfront with your services. Please tell me right away that it’s not in stock, when you’ll be getting it in stock, and you should have already looked into if any other cvs close by have it in stock to transfer it. All pharmacists that receive a prescription from a doctor should not accept it until they have checked to see if it is in stock or not. This goes for all medications. What is the point of accepting a prescription if you don’t have it in stock?By checking it prior to accepting it you’ll have much less issues to deal with. Issues such as, answering patient phone calls wondering why their medication isn’t filled and you have to explain it’s out of stock but we have it…. When you accept an out of stock item unless it’ll be there within the next 3-4 days the pharmacy shouldn’t accept it. When you do this this results in the patient having to call various pharmacies to find who has it in stock (which shouldn’t be the patients job at all. Oh look I created a new job position for the medical field!), call the doctor again, ask for the same medicine to be called in at a different pharmacy that hopefully has it. Pharmacist need to communicate to doctors whether a medication called in is in stock or not. You’d have less dissatisfied and upset customers. I’ll be sending this to Walgreens reviews too. Other than this issue, the staff are friendly and helpful here and I don’t blame them for this. I blame CVS corporate.
