AT&T Store

We have always used AT&T for our cellular services and have encountered helpful, knowledgeable staff whether for basic everyday purchases and/or plans or questions about devices. On 9/3/23, for the very first time, one of us (me) lost a phone while traveling. Left behind on the plane "stowed" in the seat pocket in front of me, not realizing this until we had already been dropped off at our hotel, cue panic. We could not get a live person on the phone at the airline for nearly an hour and rather than losing an entire day to this stress, we hopped back into a taxi and headed for the nearest At&t store which was Town Square Mall, Las Vegas Blvd where Kenneth P. saved the day. Kenneth walked us through options & what was available and comparable there in his store. He got us up and running in less than 90 minutes & that is with the security/anti-fraud department call that you must partake in (which is smart and for every ones protection btw). In the midst of making sure that we were being taken care of, minding all that this was a holiday weekend in Las Vegas to boot, he endured 2 other walk-in guests that needed assistance. One guest could barely speak English & Kenneth handled like professional & seemed to solve the gentleman's concerns. The second guest was clearly a mentally disturbed individual who was hoping to scam for a new phone. Kenneth handled this like a pro-again, whilst being yelled at about selling broken "Obama" phones. Thank you, Kenneth. Much appreciation for your help, knowledge & reassurance that everything would be O.K. It was & we enjoyed our vacation with out this hanging over our heads. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this location, Kenneth in particular. He listened to my needs, didn't push and got me into exactly what I was looking for. No fuss, no mess! If you're ever in the area definitely check them out.

I came in just for a pick up for an Apple Watch and Arielle assisted me. She went beyond what I was expecting and got me an extra Apple Watch on a bogo discount. I came back to exchange as I wanted something else and she helped me through it all. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. If you go to this store, ask for her she will get you amazing deals and walking out the store very happy!

I was in need of an upgrade and decided to go to my local AT&T store to inquire about it. Luckily Jacob was working that day and informed me of all my options and I was able to credit towards a new iPhone 14. Great guy, very helpful, and will be going more often for future help.

I was switching over from Verizon to AT&T expecting the transfer of services to be a pain. However, Jacob Nunez couldn't have made this switch over from service providers more seamless. He was professional, nice and a well spoken man. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for AT&T or anyone seeking a switch in providers. Thank you again, Jacob!

Went in because I had some questions regarding my phone plan, and the customer service was incredible. Jacob was able to answer every question I asked, and his joyous personality made it a very pleasant experience.

This store always provides a positive experience with quick service. The manager Arielle and all the sales reps are amazing and helpful. This is the only location I visit when I’m in Las Vegas because of the professionalism and accuracy the employees provide to their customers. 10/10

Went to LV for a trip. While on my trip my phone broke and also wanted a watch so I went into this location & the staff was suupper nice! I felt really welcome and I got some cute accessories too! Arielle the manager picked those out <33 Thanks girl!! Overall experience 10 out of 10
