Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

Helpful sweet staff and the coffee is delic

Biggest complaint I have is that 75% of the time I have to go inside the store and stand in line to get my receipt after using a card. Kind of negates the convenience of paying at the pump! I often wonder if this done intentionally to get customers inside to spend more of our hard earned money.

I came from out of state and had used this store a couple of times to purchase gas and cigars..upon my second visit I was told my out of state ID was not good enough to purchase cigars there??!! But it was good enough the day before!!?? I won't be back!

Too many homeless people hang out around the store and will ask you for money if you pump gas or walk inside the store. The night cashier Maurice is a rude, unprofessional a-hole that needs to be fired asap.
Don’t even bother coming here, this is the worst Chevron in Vegas.

The staff is so rude, mainly the heavyset woman who works during the day. She seems very racist as she never says “can I help you” or “thank you” when leaving…in fact she doesn’t say anything at all, just stands there with a dirty look on her face like I just ruined her day by walking in the store, but when I see a black person come in after me, oh how she lights up and becomes a completely different person.

Graveyard cashier extremely rude . Told me and my kids the store was closed and he couldn't do anything for us. @6:12am. Then told the next three customers to wait for next cashier. When he left he just looked me and smiled, so I asked why we have to leave and they don't. He just said yayaya and walked away...RACISM???

The kid working on January 30, 2018 around 8:15 pm is rude and was sitting out front smoking while on duty. He likes to harass people, especially disabled seniors. I will not return to this store.

The workers in there are rude and they kicked me and my friends out for no reason twice and they are lazy and they like to argue a lot and I wish I could rate this 0 stars also customer service sucks

Turned away by employee telling me they are closed when they are a 24 hr location.

Guy answers the phone, says something rudely to someone else there I guess, then hangs up on me.

I wish I could put 0 stars. They have horrible costumer service

This place is literally NEVER open 24 hours.
