While in Lincoln for a week I fueled up and got a cold coffee here every morning. I must say it's an awesome quick stop at any time of day. There's at least one pump open never a wait. And the employees are friendly and very efficient at checking you out and have you on the road quickly. It's very clean outside and in as well.

Honest, great service! Go there often, one of my faves!

I came in to get two double shots of fireball…. Turns out I didn’t have my ID so they refused to sell to me…. I had no problem with this… I was more worried about not knowing where my ID was….Five minutes later my husband went in the store… same people were working…. He was not asked for his ID… we went back about 30 minutes later…still same employees working There was a young blonde in front of me… she was not asked for her ID…. When it was my turn I asked her for two double shots of fireball… she asked is that all…. I said yes… she told me the total…. Not sure what the policy is for asking for ID but I feel like I wasn’t treated right when I was by myself as opposed to when I was with my husband… I understand everyone should have their ID but she targeted me… and no one else

Horrible customer service! On 2/21/20 the car wash was out-of-service, which can understandably happen. However, the station offers a .10 cent/gallon discount when purchasing a car wash, which is what I wanted.

After pumping my fuel, the receipt showed that I was charged full price for the fuel, and no car wash code. So I went in and asked the clerk what was going on.

She said it wasn't working, and that the manager had told her to disable it. I asked her why she didn't put a note on the pumps saying "car wash out of order,", and she got an attitude and proceeded to blame the manager!

To me, it's just common sense to do that. If there is paper, pen, & scotch tape in the store, and the clerk knows how to use them, it should be a no-brainer.

As a result, I overpaid for my fuel, and had to go searching for another car wash. If I would have known this ahead of time, it would have saved me a whole lot of hassle!

The two girls who work at night and their dad are all three very discriminative towards homeless people. They are extremely hateful and full of hatred disrespect and just rude. LMAO now they just literally kicked me out and said I can't come back, literally discrimination.

Poor customer service.. the cashier woman that works at nights needs to either change her attitude towards customers or get another job that doesn't involve in working with customers.
