First class service. I walked in, handed them my shipping label and product, got my receipt and walked out…. As simple as that… less than a minute. Friendly and courteous staff. I will return to do all my shipping!

Wonderful customer service from Jay at the counter! I made a mistake and had the wrong label for a return package, and he was kind enough to assist me in correcting it, all in less than two minutes! Very friendly and professional!

I do alot of Buisness here! I'm here at this location everyday except holidays...I have usps stores closer to my home but I prefer to drive the distance only because I'm always greeted kindly and everyone is always so helpful in all my inquiries...especially the manager Stephanie who goes beyond everyone's needs! There wasn't a situation they couldn't meet although I do see alot of other customers who come in being obnoxious and so demanding especially when the store is packed i think there should be security here as some customers ive seen who didn't want to wear a mask got irate with the employees one customer actually was open carrying and got so upset when asked to please put on a mask... i was in shock i believe people who open carry should show better anger management but Stephanie the manager stepped inn and handled really well! i feel so terrible for these employees...they are doing a great job if you ask me... also Tyler Duni Meta and Ryan are always a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable and professional

This place is busy and ask the staff to do crazy stuff, then don’t like the price. If you know how to send a package, this place is a godsend over going to the actual post office on pebble.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this UPS store. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I’ve never had any issues with outgoing packages or incoming packages being held for pickup.

Lately, everyone is seemingly entitled, impatient, and expects to be treated like royalty throughout the most basic of transactions - when individuals behind the counter are doing their best to perform various duties while making little more than minimum wage to make ends meet.

I recently opened an account/address at this location after reading all the reviews. I waited in line outside with several other people and asked them about their experiences with this ups store. None of them had a complaint and most were regulars. You can skip the line to drop off pre paid packages and pick up your mail. You do need to stand in line if you need there services to open an account, pick up a package or pay to send a package. Once inside I heard the employees speaking very pleasantly with their customers. Then it was my turn. Opening an account is a lot more time consuming than sending a package but the young man behind the counter was very patient and helpful. I have been there a few times now and haven't had any issues. Its a busy store so just be patient. I've seen people in line get impatient but its not the stores fault.. Also, complaints about packages arriving damaged at there destinations isn't caused at the store.. I have heard from different people from different delivery company's about the " UPS Olympics" or "Fed Ex Olympics". That's where the employees at the distribution hubs who load the trucks for delivery, play different games with the packages like throwing them into the trucks. Rebounding them off the walls, kicking then into the trucks. Anyway, thats what I have heard. I have recieve items delivered straight to my house from stores and they look like they have gone through hell and back.. had to send a couple back...
So you can't blame the UPS store once it leaves their premise.

Had a mishap with Amazon where I lost a receipt. The team was very professional and kind in assisting me in gaining another receipt.

Everyone at this UPS store is SO NICE and so knowledgeable! They helped me figure out the best way to ship, they've carried packages to my car, and they ALWAYS are so kind. I highly recommend that you go see Carla, Clyde, Stephanie, Angel, and all the good people at 10620 Southern Highlands Parkway, Las Vegas, NV.

Tiffany is the sweetest girl we've ever met! She helped us out a lot, and really made our day! We got lost, she printed out some maps and was absolutely amazing the entire time!

People need to stop giving this place a bad reviews. I dropped of a package today and the customer service was excellent. Due to covid there is a little wait sometimes but that's acceptable.

This comment is for Erika Rose, who was absolutely ridiculous as everyone witnessed who was waiting behind her, poor kid was doing the best he could and he had nothing to do with her finger being cut, maybe have more patience, its so unhealthy to be angry all the time
