Night shift auntie is very nice! They usually keep the doors locked at night depending on how many are working night shift. Nice clean quiet location

The store is clean and well stocked and all the staff are friendly and kind. But the area is getting worse and worse it seems and those poor women have to endure so many idiotic people. An abundance of homeless and beggars populate the area and are usually nearby which always makes me wary, but I've been going to this store for years. Lord knows I don't have the patience to put up with 1/4 of the b.s. they do with drunken vagrants wandering in, cursing them out and making a scene. It's a dam shame that the area is absolutely falling to the wayside and the city doesn't care at all. They seriously need the city to address all the homeless living in the park behind the store and by the school because it's "waystation" since there's a bathroom and water park where they take showers...homeless people taking showers at the kids water park....how charming huh? I mention all that because that's the majority of the bs those poor cashiers at Green Valley Grocery have to deal with.... Intoxicated, pushy, aggressive vagrants who don't leave until Metro is called.

Terrible customer service, the cashier (big girl) is not empathetic or friendly, they serve you with a bad face and they don't let you use the bathroom either.

Horrible manager, I have had 2 stolen bicycles there, rude unfriendly, Ramona should be fired! I was talking to a patron out front since the door was locked, and she said I was not allowed in because I asked him if he saw any of my Stolen bikes, that's Criminal, with it being so hot out, just needed some beverage, she said I could go a few miles to 7/11, I've been a patron for year's and she refused to let me in because I asked someone if they saw my stolen bikes

Never go there. Customer service terrible. Big girl no smiles and called me a " ho" as I left. She should be let go.

Those ladies Gail and the other white old woman they have attitude just because I am paying with gift card and I don't know how much they have I'm paying for the things anyways . It's not a good customer service for them to gimme a hard time making me feel bad about it and saying they don't have time for that as if they have anything else to do for the next 8 hours ? . Treating me poorly is not a good way to be a cashier or employee . That's their job no one chose that for them and if they don't like it they should find another job instead of disrespect customers. It's sad to see employees acting up as if they are better than anyone else. Who wants to go there w that behavior

Why is it every time I go to this location after 7pm the doors are locked? Tonight the employee working opened the door for another customer and by the time I got to the door and grabbed it and out of respect asked if I could come in, she said,”No” and with a nasty tone of voice. If it was this one time I could understand but I’ll just go down the road to Circle K, they don’t lock the doors at night.

Black girl had doors locked with a customer in store I'm leaving I'll spend at real gas stations that dnt hire weird people like this.

The worst store to go to in the daytime, between 6am and 2pm,the manager Romona,is a rude, obnoxious,sour 🍎
