Old Bukhara

The beef and chicken was the stars ! I didn’t eat the lamb but my brother said it was okay.

There was a lot of tourist group dine in during lunch time so the service time a bit more slow. As Expected when you travel to Uzbekistan.

Despite a lot of places to eat in the old city, i would say this one is the best in all means. Large menu and all dishes are “right out of the knife”.

Very very great to be here and the food was super awesome, price too was affordable. I had a Chicken sheek kebab along with a bottle of coke classic. They served food with some onions and something like a rumaali roti (as we say in InDIA 🇮🇳). Very nice staff, best time to visit would be sunset around 7:30 till 9:00pm.

One of the few good places in Bukhara. Prices are normal and the meat is delicious. I can recommend the Kazan Kebab to anyone wanting to eat affordable lamb melting in the mouth.

Words are not enough to describe how amazingly delish the food is. We reached the place right after the rush hour which the lunch time is. Man, the selection of traditional dishes makes it hard to choose. I got myself manty and mastova soup, the waiter also recommended samsa straight out of the oven. Just writing about this makes my stomach rumble. That's how heavenly finger licking everything was. Must visit! Otherwise one wasn't in Bukhara if they didn't try it out !

Great restaurant with typical Uzbek food and many vegetarian options. Everything was delicious from the lemon tea, to veggie lagman and dessert. The atmosphere was really cozy and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Glorious traditional restaurant with just a pinch of fusion, different ambients in an old Bukharean atrium, right in the middle of old town. Dirt cheap comparing to even non central situated places of similar types. Visited by many celebrities (there are photos). Dolma was perfect in May, and Shakarop salad was a revelation. Service also solid. We went 3 times in 2 days xD

The only proper restaurant we found in Bukhara. After a bunch of disappointing experience we ended up in this place. The food was VERY good, especially the traditional pilaf. The service was pretty quick, which is something we did not experience elsewhere in Uzbekistan. The atmosphere is quite cosy. We liked it so much that after a dinner there we went back for lunch the day after.

I’ve been here twice and had a Kazan Kebab both times and was very satisfied with the taste. The beer prices were more expensive than other restaurants in the area. But I’d go again.

Excellent hotel in the old town of Bukhara. It has a good menu with lots of options as well as few vegetarian choices (hard to find).
The quality of the food is excellent. They make their own bread, a flaky, puff pastry style that comes out warm. Excellent.
Also the somsa (samosa) come in two varieties (meat and potato). They take a while to cook but are freshly made and very tasty.
For dessert we had “Eastern” choices which had four varieties of snacks, halva, a sesame snack, nuts coated in sugar and a yellow sugar snack. All very local and nice.
The staff were very friendly and our waiter spoke good English and was able to explain some of the dishes, he was excellent. We had 8 dishes and it was USD 17, incredibly good value.

It’s a touristy place, but in the best possible way. The food is good, the price is fair, and they speak English.

The setting is a recreation of an old dining place, but you can also sit outside.

Decent food but their Dal Bukhara was world best dish. Service team were great. Beautiful decor though.

Our guide highly suggested this restaurant.
Loved braised lamb with fries with lyalya kebab. Lamb was juicy and well served.Chilled Beer added to the grace.
Lovely atmosphere, music and in beautiful 19th century old house.
Location is old quarter. And liked their service and hospitality.

We head dinner there and really like this place. Try Shakrob salat made of fresh tomatoes and purple basil with generous amount of ground pepper. Marinated lamb is very juicy and soft. Service is very fast and polite.

Nice looking restaurant. I went on a Monday for early lunch And even form inside is nice. But, service needs to be improved because they take time to serve you the food. And some waiters ignoring you.

The kazak lamb and the shish kebabs are absolutely incredible. Some of the best lamb I've ever had. Feruz the waiter is like a machine! Incredible guy delivering incredible service!

The food is so good and the ambiance is so nice and chilled that we came back twice for dinner. The dolma and BBQ are really good. The pumpkin dumplings are also the highlights.

This hotel's Staff was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were really fresh and of high quality. The service was amazing, and the atmosphere was really fancy and sophisticated. This is without a doubt one of the best dining experiences I have ever had at a hotel.
