Lyabi House Hotel

I came here twice to eat at the restaurant. This place is amazing! The food was very good, but also the location is incredible, because it's a traditional house from the 19th century. Worth a visit!

Really nice hotel with a great location. Walking distance to all the main attractions and the markets.
The front desk were also very helpful and accomodative.
The rooms are very quiet despite being in the heart of the city.
We stayed in a basic room with a view of the inner courtyard and the room had a great double bed (a rarity in Uzbekistan).
A mini fridge and a small kettle and basic toiletries. The AC works effectively for hot days and they can arrange for a pickup or a drop for a cost.
The breakfast was the best we have had in the ayvvan restaurant. Lavish spread in perhaps one of the most beautiful restaurants in town.
Overall lovely place with lovely people. Shout out to Ali for accomodating our late check-out.

beautiful beautiful hotel . staff was very friendly and their signature restaurant is a photo-spot. worth the visit, even if you are not staying the night. food was mediocre but the vibe is top notch. you can also chill in the cozy lounge area outside the rooms. I will stay here again if I were to visit Buxara in the future.

The place also has a hotel. However the name means By the Pool. Created in 16th 17th century. Lodging house for Sufis. Also a madrassa.

Historical hotel in the Jewish area. The restaurant and breakfast area are gorgeous. The room is simple but it was extremely hot (in December).

Lyabi House Hotel is right near the center of the Lyabi complex, which borders the eastern side of the historic downtown center, which is open only to pedestrians. It has a great restaurant connected to it, and the breakfast is very good. The room interiors are very good quality. The rooms that face the center courtyard are very quiet.

Great location with interesting courtyard architecture. Staff helpful and well-trained. The rooms are perhaps a bit basic, but are acceptable for the price.

Simple, clean rooms in a beautiful setting. It's location is excellent, within walking distance of all historic monuments and plentiful food options nearby. They were also able to arrange for a COVID-19 test to be done at the hotel, which made our trip home very easy.

Great location right next to Lab-i Hauz, a very lively square specially at night. This hotel is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The rooms are very spacious, very well equipped and with very big, comfortable beds. The aivan where breakfast and meals are served is amazing, worth visiting even if you are not staying here. The staff spoke good English. Recommended if you are not on a tight budget

Everything about this hotel was excellent and charming: location, staff, food, rooms. Called the hotel directly for booking, we had to change the reservation when we arrived and all these times Manager Ali was very helpful, polite and always smiling. The history of the hotel itself is amazing, and breakfast hall is located in the Ayvan Restarant. All in all, only posivite experience in this hotel.

I really enjoyed my short stay in this wonderful hotel and will gladly come here again! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the cook actually got up at 3 AM to prepare a very early and sumptous (!) breakfast for our group so we wouldn't be late for the train.
Rooms are simple yet very tasteful; location is prime - 20 metres from the Lyabi Square and very close to the magnificient buildings and markets of Bukhara. There are several convenience stores and pharmacies and numerous restaurants nearby. And the architecture of the hotel itself is quite interesting: I believe it used to be a Jewish merchant's house back in the old days.

Had a wonderful surprise when I checked in. Really modern hotel with a wonderful dining area. Beautifully painted in traditional decor. Reception is friendly and no question too simple to answer. The only issue is that no one seems to know about this hotel and where it is. Lyabi house is actually a restaurant by the pool. So must state the word 'hotel'.

Great central location, we had a big clean room with large en-suite and excellent beds. The breakfast had an amazing variety to choose from along with made-to-order omlettes. The WiFi is solid and the staff are very helpful with good English spoken.

Built at a historic site, the hotel provides pleasure and tranquility coupled with adequate sunlight and good quality rooms. The breakfast room Beijing the best thing about the hotel. It is situated right in the center of old city Bukhara and is totally recommended.

Wonderful location. Must spend time in the evenings at the Square around the pond. Lots of locals come out for a stroll there. Some hawkers set up shops. Great place to be post 7 pm.

Beautiful place in the middle of Buxoro. You can find nice restaurants and shops nearby. It's a great place to by souvenirs and to drink a coffee.
If you are lucky you can see a wedding party taking pictures of the bride and the groom nearby the lake and trees.
Handmade bags and ikat fabrics are sold in small shops around the place.

Delightful hotel in the middle of the historic area. Everything within walking distance. Full of atmosphere, knowledgeable staff who made sure they could make our stay enjoyable.
