Hilton Tashkent City

Wonderful short stay at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the service friendly and great. The executive lounge was nice, but what I liked the most was the choice at the breakfast buffet. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful weekend stay, top notch Hilton Honors recognition on a weekend stay. Upgraded at least two categories to a one bedroom corner suite in the Hilton app so we knew before checking in. This hotel from room to hotel design is way more “Conrad” than “Hilton”

Pool and sauna were relaxing on the weekend.

The executive lounge is very large and has an outdoor area. Food was great. Wines and spirits are mostly local/regional at a self service station. One can easily make this a meal for the evening. Which of we did. Top notch staff there.

My only grip is with breakfast. The breakfast offering and quality of the food is great. Really great…but….the space is too large not to have assigned tables. Assign numbers to tables or have servers give the order to the omelet station. We were given the wrong omelette at least twice. I have no problem with the servers, they simplify do what’s told, this is a problem with who ever is in charge of managing breakfast. No hotel, Hilton or otherwise should have a dining room this large without assigning people seating. For example, at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Diamond members have their own section and an option to order different items. Do better, please.

Second minor gripe. No fresh orange juice. Fresh orange juice goes a long way in making travelers days go for good to great.

Notable mentions:
1) This hotel does take American Express, so Hilton Honors cardholders can fully maximize points and take into consideration longer stays. This is a recent development October 2023
2) There is a mention of hotel ownership policy of “morality” posted at check-in. I get the feeling this is for “women of the night” as opposed to non-married couples on the same reservation. We didn’t experience any problems but be aware. It’s also my understanding from locals it’s not against the law for non-married couples to book /stay in a hotel room. This seems like a posting to keep certain quality of life standards in place. But your experience could be different.

Great place to stay. The price is high for the Tashkent of course, but you get highest service of course. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of food, all kind of stuff. Dinner is humble, but great as well. Thanks to all, especially Sabina-reception, Javokhir and Shakhzod from executive lounge (dinner place). And all the cream in the breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor.

Great experience in a wonderfull hotel. Location is great in the center of the city, close to airport and other attractions in tashkent. Luxurious rooms with nice view. Top service from hotel staff especially Mr. Nodir who went above and beyond expectations helping us to discover the city. We highly recommend Hilton Tashkent city as the best hotel to stay in Tashkent ❤

Probably the best of the best, this Hilton is well worth the money for premium service. A breakfast buffet that features massive numbers of choices, it is probably not possible to sample all of the options. Room service that is instantaneous. A fantastic view of the park across the street. A well run front drive for easy access to taxis. This Hilton even features a quiet business lounge with snacks.

Amazing breakfast, wide options but quite busy hotel many people around .

Service is upscale, Bulat , Jasurbek at terrace area were helpful and attentive

Definitely will come back again !

Located in the heart of Tashkent city, aesthetically designed building, fantastic ambience. Attended a promotion of Tegeta Motors / Mobil yesterday evening. Well conducted.

The suggestion by others that this is one of the best hotel in Tashkent is proven to be true. Modern and rather grand compared to the Hiltons in North America, yet not pretentious. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The service level met the expectation of a high end hotel.
A great plus is the location: at the heart of the Tashkent City park which provides for a nice stroll along the greens, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the occassional dancing fountain at the park. Moreover, it is only 20 minutes ride to the airport.
We have been to Tashkent twice and stayed at this hotel on both occassions - and would come back without any hesitation.
Highly recommended.

Wow what can I say, this hotel is absolutely amazing!!

The location is fantastic as it is inside a secured compound with a beautiful lively park and many nice restaurants all in walking distance.

The hotel itself is very nice and modern.

Fantastic dining options, I highly recommend Restaurant 21 on the 21st floor which has a lovely terrace overlooking Tashkent city with beautiful picturesque views. The Manager there Mr Omid is very nice and very accommodating.
Also the lobby has a cafe which is very nice and the staff are amazing.
Shosh bar is also very nice and has a wonderful well curated menu.

The serenity spa on the 4th floor is also so good it is nearly impossible to get a booking. If you are lucky enough I would highly recommend a therapist called Yevgenya, she is very well trained and amazing at what she does.

The hotel security and doormen are absolutely fantastic and so helpful. They are all very good however Bexod, Alexander and Ismail are exceptional.

The concierge guys are also very on point and knowledgeable. There is a gentleman called Aznur who can arrange anything and is just all round a really happy helpful guy. It seems he is always working 🤣

And lastly one of the Managers there called Nodir is exceptional and made our stay rememberable and very enjoyable.

I haven’t been to a hotel before where the Manager greets you everyday and checks on how your stay is going.

Honestly I was going to stay at the Hyatt and I am so glad I didn’t as there is zero atmosphere there. Hilton Tashkent city is not like other hiltons around the world and as someone who has travelled the world and stayed in 100’s of hotel it is in my top 3 all round.

Highly recommend the breakfast and Executive Lounge for dinner. Room was very spacious and nice.

The property is incredible, the team are amazing, friendly and cheerful with genuine smile on their face all the time, food quality is great, Bulat and his team will ensure your breakfast is superb and your experience is at the best level! The best Hilton Location I visited. It is highly underrated because the Location, Rooms and the Service is just magnificent. The Rooms are big and bright. The Breakfast it’s so delicious and well prepared. But what really earns this hotel the 5 Star rating are the excellent staff at the Reception. Special thanks from me and my father from the bottom of our hearts to Diyora, Renata and Bulat.

Its centrally located. Our stay is arranged at Hilton and staying over there...such a beautiful ambience.. People are so sweet.

This hotel experience was awesome. I travel 70% of the time. The room was spacious and bed modern and comfortable. The gym is good and pool is incredible on the fourth floor with a view. Breakfast buffet was good and I had delicious local dishes in the bar for dinner.

The employees always went out of their way to help. From getting a towel to the pool, to what are these dishes in the bar, to the front desk and even the cleaning service to the room. Will for sure be back.

Very high quality hotel with great staff. With Diamond member upgrades, I had a wonderful suite with access to the executive lounge. Always comfortable, access to drinks and light snacks. Clean and quiet. A very welcome stopover, I would happily stay here for longer.

360 bar upstairs decor a bit dated but great cocktails and music from 8 until 12 and 1am on the weekend.
By music it was opera music last night . Not the most swinging place I'm town

The hotel was amazing the room size, the bed soft, clean rooms. The employees are very helpful and quick respond to serve you. The food excellent the breakfast buffet, they have Turkish and western restaurant as well was awesome the club lounge cafe serving delicious sweet, cake and fresh fruits and a big selections of tea and coffee. The Asian restaurant on the top was the top. Finally, if you plan to visit uzbekistan this hotel will be your best choice.
