I forgot to pick up my tennis string reel at the shop when I picked up my racquet on January 13. A few weeks after, I went back to check and they said they had returned it. However, I asked them to check the camera and the recording only goes back 7 days so there was no footage of when they returned my racquet along with the reel. Just a really frustrating situation because typically when the shop is done stringing your racquet they usually will give you your reel with it. With this shop, on multiple occasions, I had to ask for my reel back. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that there is a chance that I might’ve picked it up and lost it. But what ticked me off was the fact that the shop owner said 100% he returned the reel to me even tho there is no concrete proof. They absolutely refuse to consider the possibility of them losing it or offered some kind of solutions.

In the future, I hope they provide better customer service.

Update for February 2023, the cleaner in my house misplaced my bag in another room, which also contains my reel. I have since talked to the owner of the shop and we are in good terms again. Business will continue between us.

This is one of the best place to get any sports items. Even I could try there before buying it. Quality of item is good. Cost is reasonable. I'm really satisfy with my recently bought scooter.
