Rất yên tịnh và thoải mái nên Tôi rất hài lòng khi đến căn hộ này.

THE WORST!!! ONE OF THE WORST PLACES our couple has rent.
1. Everything in the room is old. The nice & new looking pictures posted on the real estate websites are fake.
2. There is no hot water to shower, and the water runs very slowly and weak. The room has a lot of mosquitoes and nasty smells. The refrigerator is broken.
3. The owner is bad and very stingy. He always delays fixing stuffs and pretends to forget. He apologizes but we know he actually does not want to spend money on the renters’ complains.
4. The owner also charge fee on broken stuffs in house even we haven't broke anything in the rooms.
5. We aren't allow to use laundry machine by ourself, just only the cleaning lady of this place can use the laundry machine and wash all customer clothes.
6. The cleaning lady is bad too. She often mistakes our clothes with other rooms. Without our permission, she got into our room and takes stuffs from our room to bring to other renters such as AC remote and TV remote,.... She never admits her wrongdoings and apologizes. She has tried to get money from us every time we need help.
7. They are both very greedy. We are told that they have taken away one renter’s deposit after he moves out. They even ask us to keep secret to the new renter as they INCREASE THE ROOM FEE MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT WE HAVE BEEN PAYING.
8. They usually create difficulties to customers to make the customers frustrated and want to move out before the contract ends. By this way, they can easily make excuse to "swallow deposit money"

=>> This place should be in everyone’s BLACKLIST. We strongly advise everyone NOT TO RENT there. Don’t be tricked by the owner and the real estate broker.
