Picked up our clothes, washed & dryed within a couple of hours and dropped off at our hotel. Easy communication on whatsapp, and avery reasonable price. Great service, would definitely use again.

Pickup and Dropoff were timely and flexible depending on your needs. High quality service. Clothes came back clean, folded, and smelling great. A but pricey but worth it. Also the manager is a vibe. Awesome guy.

Amazing job done in cleaning our clothes, bags, and shoes after a 2D1N trekking in Sapa Valley! We are all very impressed by how clean our stuff became! The owner is very responsive in his WhatsApp messages, and the pickup and delivery from our hotel was a breeze. Our laundry was collected at 3.30pm, by 7.30pm we received a message that it was ready, and as we were out we arranged for collection at our hotel at 8.30pm. Highly recommended.

I used the laundry service twice while I was in Sapa. It was so convenient and quick because they offered free pick up and drop off from my hotel. The clothes were nicely washed and folded when they were returned to me and the price was amazing. My hotel would have charged me $40usd for washing and drying, but I was able to wash a whole bag of clothes for $5-$12usd each time. It was easy to communicate in English over Google chat because my what’s app isn’t working with my travel SIM card. I would highly recommend their services!

Great service. They respond very fast via google chat, also whatsapp. Free pick-up & delivery at the hotel, fast laundry service. You can plan your pick-up in advance as well. Price is good too. Definitely recommend.
