ATM Vietcombank

I came here at 4pm after having tried tpbank and one vcb located in d6, none of them have dollars available. Vcb in d6 told me to come here after i waited 30-45’ to get to their booth. I got a flight the next day and i knew i was doing things at the last minute. The vcb d6 officer told me I wouldnt make it here in time. But this place surprised me w how fast their service is. At 4pm i got in / 4:10 got all the paper filled out and then 4:30 got the dollars for my traveling.
