So many cute things inside the shop. We purchased a few items and we love it so much! We love how kind and approachable Nga is. We asked for Hanoi recommendations and she did not hesitate, we were able to visit one of the resto she recommended! 💯 Til next time :)

Such a nice store! Loads of cute souvenirs like candles, prints and even perfume that have little nods to Vietnamese culture! Not your typical dime a dozen kind of stuff at all— this store is truly a gem if you’re looking for more unique gifts.

The owners were so friendly and helpful too and took the time to chat with me even though I was there pretty close to closing time. Highly recommend having a look if you’re in Hanoi! It’s right by the cathedral too so great location if you’re already out sightseeing.

Firstly the owners are lovely, welcoming.
The first thing you feel when walking around their shop and love. It might sound silly but they clearly have picked every items in their shop and they are all special.
From parfum, to teacups, cards, clothes, aprons, tote bags and many more, it will be hard to leave without buying anything.
Everything is so special.

Chanced upon this little shop in Hanoi with a great personality. The owner was there and I enjoyed the lovely conversation. Bought a spray linen which the owner collaborated with a scent maker to develop. It consists of a few themes like old quarter Hanoi, coriander, etc. I got one for a gift. I would recommend you to stop by and have a chat with the owner and let her share her little stories about the inspiration of her different products.

Buyer beware because this store is dangerous for your bank account!!! 😭 I was walking down the street in Hanoi just looking for souvenirs and this store looked very unique. And I was right. They sell prints from tons of local Vietnamese artists as well as other crafts. I walked away with so many prints. The artwork was of all varied genres, but all generally very modern. Great for a maximalist like me.

This store has such a beautiful aesthetic, and there is a variety of unique gifts and artwork, which are meant to be bought to complement your own home and lifestyle. Highly recommend for anyone in Hanoi.

This store is very intelligently curated by a wonderful couple and I picked up some stunning little things for the house and a few gifts for friends such as candles, ornaments and ceramics.

Also got a few new pieces to add to the collection by up-and-coming local artists, many of which have been personally commissioned by the store.

If you are ever in Hanoi check them out and avoid the junky tourist souvenirs you find at every night market and help support local artists instead. Prices very reasonable and clearly thought out.

Support Local Businesses and Art!

Beautiful and reasonably priced curated brands and pieces. Some items are hard to find elsewhere. My bf bought a card game called Traffic 01! (set in Vietnam, of course) and we bought two Eugenie Darge Textile Creations Table Runners. When I come back to visit Hanoi, I would definitely shop here again.

Very cute and fun store to browse, everything with a local flair but hip to international items and trends. We got the print where the Hanoi stools are all pictured with Vietnamese diacritics - I saw that print in a banh mi shop and found this shop just for that! Do stop in to Collective Memory, there are really nice items for souvenirs.

Jumped into a lovely little shop, I bought candle,puzzles,and laptop case , super love it. By the way highly recommend candles that smell make me comfort and relax.

I’m so glad that I found this place on Google maps. They have really cute items that are perfect for gifts and souvenirs. Everything is so unique, which I didn’t see in many other gift shops. I got some prints and a perfume named Hanoian. It smells so good that I’m obsessed 💕 The owners are super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our little chat together and they recommended us some local places for food, drinks and massages. Such a cute little place! 10 out of 10!

A concept store with products selling unique products made by local artisans. Everything is meaningfully curated. You will not find kitschy keychains or mass produced souvenirs here. The founder is friendly and took the effort to explain more about the products. Well worth a visit!

Very nice shop with unique pieces! The owner is friendly and we could try the liquor before buying it. They wrapped up everything so we could put it in our luggage for the flight home. Highly recommend.

The best store in Hanoi. I've been here for over a week and was about to resort to cheap, generic souvenirs (or come back empty handed). I stumbled into this store and LOVED it. The two owners work with local artists directly and present a fresh and modern take of Vietnam. You MUST visit!

This unique shop provides a quaint experience; selling many interesting items and memorabilia that can serve of souvenirs.

Shop owners are also both friendly and forthcoming, making the shopping experience pleasant.

The items were very unique and original. I haven't seen any of their stuff on other stores. If you want unique, artisan and high quality gifts, I absolutely 100% recommend this place. I recently visited Collective Memory - The House of Curios and was blown away by the unique and eclectic gifts available. From vintage trinkets to handmade pottery, there was something for everyone. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping by and exploring all the hidden treasures this store has to offer.

So I also visited 5+ gift shops around this area and knew about this shop. Hands down the coziest shop! Stuff was really friendly and kind. Prices can shock someone compared to other cheap souvenir shops, but this shop is super authentic and the items are not Chinese quality stuff. Really recommend this shop for everyone who wants a really good quality gift from Vietnam. I spent around 100 euros here for Christmas presents and I know my family will be super happy with the stuff I bring from Vietnam. 🙂

Collective Memory was a ‘must visit’ in my pre-planning to Hanoi, so much so that I returned a 2nd time as it was closed on the first visit as I lost track of time due to the excitement of Hanoi’s Christmas street celebrations. But, I was determined and it paid off.
CM is a delightful curio mini museum shop of all kinds of wonderful Vietnamese goodies. I could have spent half a day in this gorgeous little shop that sells a wide range of quality, beautiful and affordable goods, many perfectly handmade from a wide variety of artisans.
Discovered in a guide book, the owner was thrilled to know that I had pre-planned my visit. Please factor in time for a yarn with this lovely vibrant lady who eagerly made time to discuss her goodies and the stories behind them.
A definite must visit! You can purchase a gift here for everyone in mind without having to go anywhere else if you are short on time.
We look forward to returning on our next visit.
