Hong Van digital photo service center

Got a passport photo taken here for Cambodia. They offer many sizes and it took less than 10 minutes. 4 photos for 50k VND. They also sell a variety of cameras, camera batteries, camera bags, and accessories.

We got a sim card when we arrived that ran out of data, the staff were really helpful and deciphered the text messages we got from the provider as it seemed more than Google translate could manage.

They topped up our phones and away we went again with some more 4G goodness

Really good and cheap passport photos. Ignore the 3% thing as that is everywhere in Vietnam’s so just get cash from a cash point and only took 5 mins

写真屋さんがなかなか見つからなかったが、ネットの情報を参考に、ホアンキエム湖北の噴水まで行くとすぐに発見した。
サイズ、枚数の指定もでき、観光地でありながら良心的な金額。プリントも20分程度からと早い。
ただ勝手に写真を補正してしまうので、はじめにいじらない様にお願いした方が良い。
カメラや周辺機器等も売っているので便利。

Had some visa pictures made here. Decent price (45k for x4), took about 15-20 minutes to print pictures after photo taken. Seemed a bit long of a wait considering I was the only person there but the staff spoke English and were very polite.

Cheap for photo editings, I don’t use other services and buy cameras or accessories so I can’t tell. But their attitude is bad, why they have to be so grumpy, I don’t even know if customers have done something wrong to them? I often use their service for editing photos of our dead relatives but their service is getting worse and the photo quality is just okay.

If you want to use a credit card they say they charge 3% more + make up their own exchange rate... so they actually tried to charge keys a 15% surcharge for using my credit card. This place tries to RIP you off.. do all your math before buying anything
