Good store and convenient location, has lots of stuffs. Staffs super friendly and helpful, especially Viet. His customer service is phenomenal! We went to buy a big size Bike and they supported us very fast.

After moving to HCMC in January, the Bike Shop has been a constant help for all my cycling needs. From expanding my bike packing equipment, advise on routes around Vietnam, down to the regular ‘ride outs’ they have for cyclists of all levels. From the vast kids sections up to the carbon road bikes and the very impressive Boo range of bikes, the shop caters for all.

Super helpful team!! Gave me the bell as a gift and tested the bike for me to make sure it all works before I was on my way! :) would recommend for anyone looking for a bike in D2

Such a good bike shop

Did a perfect job installing new bearings into my bottom bracket and fixing up my road bike as much as possible. They definitely know how to fix bikes and (especially for Vietnam) they have good customer service skills and are very helpful., The only complaint I have is they are 45 minutes away and the sh1thole where I live (bien hoa) has no good bike shop....but it'll be worth the drive to visit them in D2 for as long as I have to live here...

I'd been looking for a Lowstep bike for about 4 years, and Rideplus finally got some Trek Verve Lowstep in stock. They shipped the bike from the Thao Dien store to Bien Hoa at no cost, and were immensely helpful and patient when I had an issue with a small component in the seat post suspension. In the end they upgraded me to a better seat post at no additional charge. I had been worried about buying a bike outside of my immediate locality, but I needn't have been. I was able to communicate in English via the chat app, and get stuff resolved probably quicker than if I'd bought locally. Thanks guys, especially Thu for making the English bit easy.
I'll never buy anywhere else now.
