N'konak Guesthouse Pukë

Super atmospheric place! Is very nice place, in the corner of city. Close to the city, only 500 m far. The place is traditional and with many acessory to see and have a look. Rooms are worm, beautiful and good bed. The most strong point is the family that love to help and give information about puka, like a free guide!

The host is amazing.
He will help you with everything: how to arrive there, what to do, where to eat.
We arrived here without car and he brought us to a really nice waterfall, clearly not a touristic place. It was really great!
He speaks a good english and he is really friendly.
The rooms are completely renovate and new.
Only bad point, even though the village is cute, it is small and people rarely speak english. However, you can still find a good bar and restaurant.
I can only recommend this place for taking a break from your daily life.

Great place, rooms very comfortable and newly furbished, finger-licking ethnic breakfast. The owner is Vullnet, a certified local guide. He is very friendly and always helping. Definitely the place to stay in Puka.

we were traveling through the beautiful region of pukë and stayed in N'konak guesthouse for one night, wish we could stay longer but we had to move on! it's a beautiful house and the host Netti is such a friendly and nice person, caring for us as if we're his own family. all of the rooms are very clean and looking beautiful with a lot of details and made with love!
If you come visit that region, stay there, it's absolutely worth it!

The stay in N'konak Guesthouse was one of the top experiences for us in albania!!
The rooms and the bathroom are modern, superclean and you feel immediatly at home. Also the breakfast with selfmade jam in his big garden under some plumb trees was very good!

Mostly though we loved our stay because of the kind and helpful host Netti. We had a great talk about the albanian culture and if we would have had more time, he'd even showed us some beautiful places around the town. We really loved it - best part: we came as visitors and left as friends!

Very hospitable owners. They took perfect care of us, showed us the town, prepared amazing breakfast of homemade products... The place itself is brand new (2020) and made in very authentic rustic style. Simple and comfortable.
Only downside is there was no sign on the gate. But the manager wrote us exact instruction beforehand.

This was our first time to Puka and I have to say, it's an amazing place. I was surprised to see how easy it was to get to from Tirana (only a 2.5 hr drive). Our family of four and another family of five, shared the entire bujtina, and we absolutely loved it. The hosts are amazing....they're friendly and embody the typical Albanian welcoming nature (mikpritje). The food they offered was fantastic, the place is well furnished and it was very comfortable. Vullnet (the host) is also a local guide and he can help plan very cool hikes for you. We can't wait to be back to Puka and more specifically to N'konak.

Tidy rooms and superbly designed. Bathroom was modern and spotless. For breakfast there’s plenty to choose from (and the vegetables are grown locally!)

The city of Pukë is not as lively as other cities in Albania and unfortunately does not have too much to offer for a multiple-day stay in town. In the early evening, however, the Main Street is as lively as can be.

In conclusion, I would say that n’konak is a brilliant guesthouse to stay at, but only if you’re planning to stay in Pukë for just one night to take a break from traversing the country or Balkan region.

N'Konak Guesthouse is a very nice place to relax when you are in Puka. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Beds are comfortable. A filling breakfast. The family owners are very kind people who are happy to help and wouldn't mind having conversation over coffee to get to know you. Puka is a small town, but it's lively in the evenings and there's a few spots that are enjoyable to hang out in. Also the area has good walks and other outdoor activities. All in all, N'Konak Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay while in Puka. It's a unique spot that showcases Albanian hospitably, culture, and local life. Enjoy your stay. 👍

I stayed one night at N'konak. The owner was very well mannered and caring. The room was very comfortable, tidy and clean and the food was delicious (breakfast and dinner). I would definitely recommend N'konak as a great place to relax when visiting Puka!

An extraordinary experience. Fantastic hospitality. The house is clean, full of history and warm. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Roxy, the dog that welcomes every visitor and the most beautiful thing in N'Konak. Delicious breakfast with the most special Petulla in Albania. Very reasonable price. The place was spotless, food was great and the people were very friendly and nice. The lady of the house very nice person and helpful, always with a smile .I would say that this is the best guesthouse that I have ever visited. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

This guesthouse is great, based in the tradition with modern touches! Central and very clean! Food was fresh, local and delicious! Great host and super recommended if you visit Puka!
