The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very polite. I enjoyed the stay with my family.

Parate i kerkojne qe ne sekonden e pare dhe nuk gjen as sasi dhe as cilesi sherbimi. Ne mungesen e energjise elektrike nuk vejne (nese kane) gjeneratorin sepse mania e mashtrimit shkon deri aty qe: benzina u ka qelluar me uje dhe nuk e ndezin dot. Dhomat nje po dhe 4 jo, nuk ngrohen dhe sajojne lloj lloj justifikimesh duke te fyer intelektin. Gjithe nata, dhe pse parate i morren ne sekonden e pare qe hyn ne hotel, erresire totale, as dhome te ngrohte dhe as uje te ngrohte dhe turli pergjigjesh te a asnje pergjegjesi apo detyrim per te sherbyer sic hiqen. Staf genjeshtar. Pronar apo menaxher mashtrues dhe pa u pergjigjur ne telefon per detyrimin qe kishte ndaj klienteve.

English: Very bad service. Staff and manager are liars. No power energy self supply at all when poer miss. Cold rooms!! No hot water in case of energy supply misses. Quality of service too bad. Money to be paid not to the end but at the very first moment. Strange!!
