Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with the level of care , professionalism and the detail oriented level of care i received.
I mean this from ( The director) whom took time out of her busy schedule to come talk to me post operation and explain more about post procedure and how everything comes together to give the great level of care that i personally received.
It was the case with the very people at the initial stage that are the first impact with someone who's interested to get more information like myself and who's far away and not understanding how everything is going to come together.

Excellent service, I am very happy with the overall service starting from the reception staff, coordinators, nurses doctors and surgeons. Everyone was very professional and helpful . The clinic was very clean and high standard service.

I'm very happy that I chose this clinic to do my rhinoplasty. They are very good, carefully answer every question you have and also very professional. I was very skeptical at first, but the results were amazing. I couldn't be happier and can't thank them enough.

I want to share my experience that I had with wonderful and responsive staff. You are never alone with them. With their expertise, my life became easier. KEIT clinic is honestly the best clinic to choose,I recently had my rhinoplasty in KEIT clinic and all I have to say is how happy I am with the results.After my nose surgery I was afraid that the stitches would hurt (they normally remove the stitches 7 days after your surgery) but my nurse Gabriela was awesome and taking great care of me.Her dedication made a significant impact.She removed my cast and the stitches in less than 5 minutes and I felt nothing.No pain at all.Thank you so much Gabriela❤ Not only but also I’d like to mention how good the reception team in the hotel is,all of them!

Had my nose done a week ago because i couldn't breathe very well. The results are amazing you can feel the difference 1 week after the operation. The staff was very kind and helpfull from the doctors to the nurses and also the front desk. For whatever question i had or whatever i was in need for i got answered within a minute. The price was pretty much fair. I totally recommend to anybody 👌

I felt very well looked after. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. If I had another operation I would go there again. My nurse Kujtime in particular was absolutely great, she is truly an angel and thrives in her job.

My operation went smoothly and i am so happy i decided to do it at Keit clinic. Lovely experience overall

I've done laser hair removal with Kujtime. She made the process so easy and it would never be like that without her. I've seen progression in every session and love the results I have now.

I was very scared to get surgery not knowing the outcome but I can confidently say the nurses and staff are so helpful and kind. Everything I needed they were always there to help me. My surgery went smoothly and the healing was not bad at all. I’m just waiting to see the final results because I’m still swollen but so far I’m liking the results

Had a very pleasant two day experience at KEIT.
I was suggested to do a rhinoseptoplasty and turbinectomy intervention after the consultation with the surgeon and so far so good :)
The staff were really helpful and thorough since prior to my arrival, the surgeon with the team did a wonderful job, and the post operative care from the nurses was on spot :)
Even had a very tasty room service plate a few hours after the surgery and really enjoyed it.

I had my nose operation in 14 may and i am really happy with the results. My nose looks natural and nobody can tell that i had it done. I can breathe better and the deformation that i had is gone. I am glad that i have believed clinica Kate for this.

If you’re looking for a place that will take care of your concerns in a timely manner, this is it. Just a few days from consultation to procedure. Overall great experience, however, they are very light on the pain management.
