Natyral Razma Resort

Natural Razma Resort is the best gateway for you/your family or group of friends. Martin and the team are very friendly&helpful. The food is delicious and the view is amazing! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place.
The service is 5* everyone on the resort is kind and very friendly.
Rooms are clear they are a bit high price, like 80€ for a normal double bad room and the other 90€ for double bad room with balcony.
Anyhow the room was very warm and very clean the food was traditional very tasty.
The pool was clean and really warm.

Such an amazing experience the view was fantastic. Rooms were good, but the most enjoyable part was the dinner. The service from Martin was great excellent, very enjoyable. It’s a must try.

I had the most incredible experience at Natural Razma Resort, nestled in the tranquil mountains. The breathtaking views of lush trees and landscapes provided a serene backdrop for our stay.

The resort offers a delightful playground where children and youth can run and enjoy a game of football, making it the perfect place for a family getaway.

The rooms were not only warm and cozy but also impeccably comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight of our stay had to be the inviting, well-maintained swimming pool, where we could unwind in a peaceful environment without the usual crowds you find at many resorts.

The restaurant and bar truly exceeded our expectations. The local cuisine was both delectable and authentic, providing a taste of the region's flavors. The service was exceptional, and the staff was fast, friendly, and accommodating, adding to the overall wonderful atmosphere.

As the sun set, we had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic evening by the fire, sipping wine and listening to music around the fire. What made it even more special was the chestnut roasting with hot wine a delightful local tradition. The music from talented groups from Albania and Kosovo kept us entertained until midnight.

I can't recommend Natural Razma Resort enough. It's a hidden gem in the mountains that offers everything you could wish for in a getaway – stunning nature, excellent amenities, delicious food, and a truly magical atmosphere. This experience will be etched in my memory, and I can't wait to return.

I was at Natyral Razma Resort for enjoying an amazing time and it was worth it.
The restaurant was excellent and the service was very helpful for everything you wanted. Also the food was very tasty and delicious 😋 😍.
The location is perfect because it's in the entry of the village 😀
I would recommend for everyone who goes to Razëm to spent their time in this beautiful Resort👌.

My first time at Natural Razma Resort was an unforgettable experience great food and costumer experience from everyone.
Samuel a worker at the resort is very friendly and well oriented and organized , great person great personality and communication skills, well spoken and intelligent person, very knowledgeable about business and customer service
My recommendation is to get his assistance for everything that you may need or have.

Beautiful resort, traditionally furnished, resprenting Albania culture in all details.
Amazing example of Albanian hospitality. Arditi, Elsa, Martin were extremely dedicated to their job, super friendly taking care of all customers.
Loved that in their small breakfast buffet had all cured local ingredients, fresh homemade yogurt, honey, Albanian Mountain tea ect. Highly recommend.

Great place especially when its snowing, warm and quiet.
Perfect location and service. Delicious food and affordable prices. Also Martin was very polite and helpful. Probably the best place around Razem area.

My friend and i were served by haidi and her colleagues who were more than lovely. she recommended the delicious homemade gelato - AMAZING with a soufflé and tiramisu. the food was phenomenal. but the service was the best part. haidi was super helpful giving us recommendations for all sorts of things and having a nice chat about albanian life.

We visited in August and the weather was incredible. While the rest of the country sweltered, we went for cool morning hikes on the many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Our hotel room was a bit small, but the outside environment available on the public areas more than made up for it.

Best of all, our dogs were welcome and even greeted by the staff. This is a great family hotel with lots to do for both two and four footed children.

It was my first time here in Razma and I could easily say i will be back . This resort is one of the best in northern Albania and i would recommend to everyone that they come , spend the night in the peace and quite it offers here . I was really surprised by the staff here , everyone was smiling and any time ready to offer help with anything especially Martin , who was always checking in with clients and fulfilling their needs . As for the rooms i really liked them because they were very clean , the staff had taken care of everything. The pool was a nice investment because when you can’t go out because of the weather you can stay here and have fun with friends and family. The food is to die for , the breakfast buffet was my favorite i think i ate for the rest of the day after that ;) . This whole experience was a 1000/10 for me . If you come you want regret it .

It was my first time here in Razma and I could absolutely say i will be back . This resort offers the peace and quite that everyone needs. I would recommend to everyone. The rooms were really clean, the staff had taken care of everything. The inside pool was very nice. We were really surprised by the staff , especially MARTIN, really helpfull and cheerfull all the time. The most supporting person ever.
The food was the best traditional food!
This whole experience was a 10/10 for me .
If you come you will not regret it .

Visited the resort on a weekday so not too busy. Staff was really polite and responsive, smiley and very well mannered!
Stayed for lunch and was really impressed with the perfectly balanced mix of the traditional with the modern, the flavors colors and texture mixes of dishes and meals.
My favourite was the pulled cheese with honey and the cheese with strawberry jam; it was sublime! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend it as it's worth the visit! Even better if you can spend the evening or weekend there, the fresh air is something from distant childhood memories 😍

Great place, nature and the resort! the food was amazing!

Our first time in Razme, we came especially to visit this place and enjoy an weekend in nature landscape. Very nice place and great service. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant with traditional food which tasted very good. The service also was great and Martin, the guy who served our dinner was very kind and helpful. Attentive to describe every food and all the combinations. We will be back for sure ! Cheers from Vlora

The waiter Martini was amazing, friendly and really diligent, he gave us amazing suggestions for the food, that was delicious and we had the best time at the restaurant. Definitely recommended
